The staff was great and very fast to help us with any questions or needs we had. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower.

There are only two things I didn't like: 1. There were no eggs on the breakfast bar. 2. I wish there had been another chair in the room to sit in, besides the desk chair. I would suggest moving the table closer to the dresser and putting a comfy chair in the corner. These are very minor things that didn't detract from the great stay that we had.

Property looked fairly newly updated. Everything was very clean. Front desk gentleman was very nice when we checked in.

Needed to go down to my car, pressed the elevator button and it made alot of noise and never made it to my floor (3rd floor). No big deal since I was perfectly able to use the stairs. As my choice, I didn't try again. Nothing that would deter me from staying here again.

Easy access to main road.

We always stay here when we visit my son. We find it a good price and an ok facility. Stayed on the third floor which was clean and quiet! I’ll be requesting the third floor again for our next stay. My only complaint, elevator wasn’t working when we left so we had to haul all our stuff down from the third floor to the first when we left.

Large quiet room, excellent shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, free-flowing drain, shelves for soap/shampoo and a handy grab bar), good vanity space around the sink, fast elevator, excellent price, convenient location near the Interstate.

Very unfriendly/unwelcoming front desk clerk at check-in gave a bad first impression of the hotel. (The clerk at check-out was much more friendly.) Although there was a luggage rack in the room, there was no surface area to set luggage (other than the desk, which defeats the purpose of having a desk). Would be great if they would replace the carpet with wood flooring which is so much more sanitary.

Very welcoming and friendly upon check-in, check-out, and everything in-between... Very clean and comfortable room with everything I might need during my stay. Very quiet. Guest laundry, vending machines, indoor pool, outdoor sitting area with a nice gazebo, large lobby and breakfast area with pretty good coffee. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through the area.

Nice room, clean.

Stopped there because the roads were very icy due to storms. It was 3am, I got charged an extra $25 because of time. Not for a whole day either, same check out at 11am. I feel I was taken advantage of. Would not stay again. Note. I wasn't late for reservation. I was just charged extra for bothering them at 3am I guess

Well maintained rooms and good housekeeping.

It would be better if they give heads-ups for the location. It is little tricky to reach the location. When you see the motel from highway everyone takes a U turn to reach there but it’s a mistake we need to travel more 18 miles to take U turn again to reach there.

Very clean room, good breakfast choices.

The essential oils was too strong of a smell/fragrance in the room, the floors feel like there going to cave in, when walking on the second floor, your foot feels like it's going to sink in, the floors are not sturdy

The staff are always very nice and helpful. There was no coffee when I came down for breakfast. Gentlemen at the desk offered to make us more and promptly did.

There was only a bagel and 2 pieces of toast left for breakfast at 8 30. Breakfast was a little sad. Maybe some prepackaged pastries such as honey buns or cream cheese pastries would be nice.

The staff upon arrival was very friendly very knowledgeable he told us everything that would be available to us and even explained how to use the Wi-Fi and how to use the TV

There wasn't nothing about the hotel that I didn't like because they were so friendly and so knowledgeable and that's what I like most about the Baymont
