Hotel & Sweet provide the full range of toiletries. From makeup removal to face masks, hair gel. You name it, you have it. This is so pampering! The room is very comfortable & spacious. The tubs are jacuzzi tubs. The hotel provides free dessert & snacks and all drinks, hot & cold. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very wonderful experience staying with them.

The breakfast is similar every day but they are nicely prepared.

There are two breakfast options to choose from - Western or Japanese style. There are also some excellent meals available to room order from the restaurant. There is a free soft drinks and sweets buffet in the lobby! The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom facility with the huge walk-in shower is excellent! The pricing is quite affordable.

The location is not far from the airport, but a bit out of the way from the city proper and the waterfront, expect that you may need to commute or use the taxis if it's late in the evening.

*It was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel. *Room was beautifully decorated, specious, clean and quiet. Bathroom was large with message bath and great shower. *Breakfast was simple but of good quality. Free desserts buffet was certainly a bonus. It was tasty with many choices. *Cooked foods with quality and reasonable price could be ordered the whole day until 23:30. This was definitely a kind of customer friendly service. *Several good restaurants within walking distance were near the hotel. *Convenient location to Fukuoka Airport and town center if you have a car. *Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were ready to help promptly once you called them. The heating of our room stopped in the first midnight because of our unproper use of the remote control. However, the problem was resolved quickly after the intervention of the male hotel staff who came to help immediately after we phoned him.

Honestly after arriving I had the most comfortable time. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped to arrange travel the next day and served breakfast in the room in the morning at our preferred time. The room was clean, spacious, and really peaceful. The free cakes were a lovely treat and in total it was a really memorable trip because of the hotel.

The only complaint would be the location. It's a little out of the way, but honestly, I would stay here again purely because of the quality of the hotel, the price, and staff.

Lovely interior and fun concept of having free access to the desserts if you’re staying here. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to help, even if they don’t speak English.

Location is very far out of the city. If you’re planning on spending any time in Fukuoka city, I wouldn’t stay here. If you plan on staying in the hotel the whole time though this is a lovely place to do that. Check in time is also a bit late when check out time is early.

I like the helpful staff, despite the language difference. My stay had breakfast included, which was nice, and there's a self-service drinks station and pastry counter near the unmanned reception counter.

The aircon emitted cigarette smell when I selected the option to cool the room. I switched off the aircon and opened the window to let some air flow in.

The staff was super nice and helpful with the ingredients of the food. They especially asked the chef about the preparation and were very patient with us.

The location is a little far from the subway so you have to take a bus. But the bus stop is pretty close so it wasn't that bad.

Clean room, with some space. Good amenities. Food was good, free buffet at reception. Good breakfast as well. No need to worry about being a love hotel, it has only the name.

A bit expensive, but Fukuoka is expensive.

I love everything here. It provides all the beauty products and tools which a girl needs:) and plus delicious breakfast & sweet . Moreover, I love all the staffs there. They assisted me and made me feel safe ! Thank you 🙏
