The location is great. It is near both Hakata station and subway station. The staff at the check in point is friendly and helpful. Although the hallway in front of the room reminds me of the Korean zombie movie, Alive, the interior inside is super cool. The room is very big and fully equiped. I love the design of the room and its kitchen. It provided pan, pot, dishs, bowls, cooking knives, cutboard, glasses, cups, spoons and folks. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is great. We stayed in the room for 4 persons and it is large enough for us to stay in each coach. There are lawson, 7-11, supermarket nearby. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the bed room and one in the living room. They can be adjusted to be a heater. There are also many plug sockets in every corner including at each bed. Next time I will choose this place to stay again for sure.

The check-in point is at the different place of the apartment. We need to leave our luggages at Hakata station with my parents and walked alone without luggages to Zonk hotel to check in.

The location was near the subway station from the airport so it was easy to reach. Although the building did not have a visible signage until you reached the door. Check-in was easy, and the place was spacious for our group. Its a good place to stay in if you want to be in a quiet area but still be able to have easy access to transportation going to the must visit spots in Fukuoka. check-in and check out process was easy even if unmanned and they were readily available to reached via email.

The elevator was quite cramp if you have luggages but nothing really to worry about.

Spacious and comfortable for enough for a family of four. Kitchen and tables made it easy to cook and prepare meals. Beds were comfortable. Free parking was nice. Location is good.

The front door camera may be able to see into the bathroom (no curtains or door to the bathroom). The bedroom lights are too dim. The living room fan does not work, although it’s not needed with the air conditioning.

The location is very near to the subway station. It is also within walking distance to Hakata station, about 10 min walk. Room is spacious.

The heater in the room was not effective in heating up the room. Only half the bedroom was lit, the other half had no light. The owner only provided one small packet of washing detergent. There is no clothes dryer. Some kitchen utensils were missing, e. g. Knife for cutting fruits. The pillows were too shallow and low to provide any head support.

The location is great. Very close to Subway station which very easy to go to the airport. Not very far from Hakata station. Can walk to Hakata station easily. There are many minimarts close to this place. Room size is big enough for our group. (4 adults and 2 clilds. Bed is very comfort and room is clean. The entrance might be a little old and scary but when we get into the room, it's very nice and very well design room. We can do self check-in very quick and easy at the same where we stay. We love staying here and very sure to be back to stay here again for our next trip to Fukuoka.

Room was spacious, and comfortable. Property got lift which save up alot energy to bring luggage up. very near Fukuoka airport. can reach within 30min with train. especially travel with kids can save up all the hustle chasing them and taking luggage at same time.

unattended check in with less information. Only reach 3rd floor which very dark only a Ipad is there for you to check in.

Walking distance to subway and Lawsons. Grocery store just a few blocks away. Plenty of room for a family of 4.

It took us a while to google translate how to turn on hot water in bathroom. But once we figured it we were good to go. You can hear the traffic outside. But it didnt bother us.

it was next to the station that connects directly to airport. as we were flying off from Fukuoka this made it very convenient for us to move our many luggages to the airport. the space was great too, and the complimentary netflix and large TV

the shower had no space or hooks to place your dry clothes, and there was no lock. this made it rather inconvenient and uncomfortable to take showers. there was no washing machine detergent although there was a washing machine

The room was fantastic with lots of room and comfy beds.

I didn't realise the key had to be collected from another location until after I'd made the booking. It would be so bad walking 1km by yourself but with two young children and big suitcases, it wasn't easy. However, I was incredibly grateful that key drop off was at the building we stayed in.

A large space for 3 people. A lot of convenient store in this area and very easy for subway and train.

There are not enough garbage bag for a long stay.
