The location is just beside train station and it is very near to the airport. The rooms are clean and love the scenery of sunrise and plane taking off/landing. Especially like to mention Miss A.Sata at reception counter who was a very friendly and helpful staff. She made us feel welcome and though we had language barrier, she was patient with us and shared useful information regarding the hotel. We asked for food recommendations and she gave us some suggestions and even helped to make reservations for the restaurant. She made effort in giving us directions to the restaurant. Miss A.Sata is a definitely a good role model which the other staff can learn from. Thank you, esp to Miss A. Sata!

Very clean, room was small but well-designed and comfortable. Good location, 15 min walk or one subway stop from Hakata Station, also one subway stop from the airport. Room was cleaned every third day (mandatory) but I received a package with fresh towels, pajamas, coffee/tea, etc. daily. I brought some instant coffee of my own and the staff who cleaned my room left extra stir-sticks next to it, I was really touched by the attentiveness!

The name is very similar to another APA nearby (Hakata Ekihigashi vs. Hakata Higashihie-ekimae) so I accidentally went to the wrong one. Luckily it was only a few minutes away. Room temperature is centrally controlled but it was too hot, I had to leave the window open.

Excellent hotel, same high quality standard as other APA hotels we've stayed in. This one is located literally right at the subway entrance, 1 station from the Fukoka airport, we could literally walk to the airport (1,5km). Besides, there is a big supermarket Sunny 100m from the hotel so it was really convenient. Our room was cozy and comfy, very quiet with every amenities and equipments needed. The flat screen TV is huge and provide a lot of free movies to watch. Checkin and checkout procedures were smooth and quick. Overall we had a great stay!

Location- right nexdooor to airport sybway line ( exit 4). In the middle of Hakata Station ( shopping & JR line) and airport. Both just 5mins away and 1 stop - amazing! Sunny Grocery store just behind hotel., Room was good for Japanesestandsrds, breakfast was tasty but small area-very busy from 7-8am( hard to find seat etc). Front of staff eager to help but many things lost in translation. Amenities like washing machines, ice machine, microwave are on level 2 which is handy.

Small room, limited tv ( not 1 English channel). There was BBC but it was DUBBED omg, so this is just part of Japanese culture I don't like. Hotels are very regimented ( check in/out) & tight to be honest! Even SE Asian countries have cable tv with a variety of channels to suit guests from vast backgrounds- NOT in the 5 hotels I have stayed in 2 trips in Japan! Not everyone wants to party from Monday to Friday, so maybe Japan Hotels need to come to the new age with streaming eg. Netflix would be a great start. Oh, in the afternoon the Ramen store next door gets cooking & the smell ( awful) can be overpowering in a bad way! I have a strong fortitude but coming up.those subway stairs some afternoons omg I was close! The ramen is quite nice later ,.apparently.

It's a perfect location if you're looking for something close to the airport as the stairs for the metro that takes you to the airport are literally right next to the building and it's only one stop away. In the other direction (also one stop away) is Hakata station if you need to grab the Shinkansen or was somewhere centralized to start from. The rooms are small and comfy which is convenient for a solo traveler or a couple.

They won't be able to assist with anything prior to 6am as most services in that area don't start until then. I needed a taxi for the airport at 5am (the metro starts later) and they told me they could not help since most transportation is still closed then. I used a taxi app instead. Also, the check in system is mostly computerized so if you're looking to ask the staff questions, they don't speak much English but they'll use a translation app to assist as best they can.

easy access to airport (metro station is literally next to the Hotel), that's why we booked it as our flight was very early in the morning. we were going to Nagasaki for two days before we would stay here, and asked if it was possible to leave our big luggage in the Hotel, and they said it was no problem, they were super nice, thanks!!

Nothing, all was good for our stay, but keep in mind that this Hotel is a bit far away of the main sights.

My partner and I stayed here recently and had a lovely time. Every time we visit Japan we usually go with APA hotels and have been pleased every time. This is what we usually look for when booking a hotel 1. Bed/pillow/size softness - 8/10 Bed and pillows are firm, doona fluffy and comfortable 2. Aircon - 10/10 Clean and cold 3. Cleanliness - 10/10 Very clean 4. Space/size - 10/10 Small room, typical in Japan. Room under the bed for luggage. 5. Staff/service - 10/10 Lovely staff, helpful and accomodating. Get new towels and room cleaning every day 6. Facilities 10/10 Laundry available (costs money to use). Microwave also available on laundry floor. Resturant downstairs, we did not use it so not sure of prices 7. Price 10/10 Good Value for money 8. Location 9/10 Close to everything you need, 7 eleven just across the road and the subway is right next to the hotel. 9. Wifi 10/10 No issues - good upload and download speed. 10. Privacy/noise - 10/10 Quiet hotel. Safety box available.

The bed was extremely comfortable, matched with the air conditioning that had a perfect fan setting for sleeping, I had an amazing sleep. The check-in and checkout process was easy enough that I didn't have to do anything. It was conveniently located next to the subway for easy travel to Hakata station. The room was insulated, and was never affected by the outside temperature, nor could you hear other guests. The bathroom had enough room that it didn't feel too cramped. The shower was a good size.

The layout wasn't big enough to open a suitcase on the ground, without it being in the way of either the bathroom or the front door. The step to the bathroom was quite high. The rubbish bins weren't big enough, and there wasn't any spare rubbish bags, which is essential since the room is only made up every 3 days. There was an awkward metal piece at the front door, that wasn't suitcase friendly, making it difficult to enter and exit with a suitcase.

We encountered the most friendly and exceptionally friendly staff we could ever hope for. Not only did we bother them with forgotten AirPods in another hotel and the hassle they had with it (and us) being sent to them, but also a returned parcel which was sent back from Germany. That being said: the hotel is really nicely located, modern rooms, very close to the airport while not being loud at all. I would recommend 12/10

Besides us making the life of the staff so much more harder: simply nothing.

The hotel located nearby Fukuoka Airport (International terminal) and just above Higashi-Hie subway Station. Is just one station away from Fukuoka Airport station (Domestic terminal). Is very convenient for travelers with early morning flight. There is elevator on exit 5 that direct reach the Higashi-Hie subway Station ticket entrance. The domestic to international terminal bus transit is on the left exit of Fukuoka Airport station (Domestic terminal). All it takes 20-30 mins to reach international terminal.

The room size is quite small
