The room was spacious and cozy. Despite it was a self-check in hotel, the process was smooth and easy. The location was quiet but convenience. Close proximity to convenience store and local fresh market. The open kitchen was well equipped, the apartment also contains a washing+drying cloth machine, which was a good news for travelers who will stay for longer time as they don't have to worry about the laundry. The most spectacular design of the hotel was the movable compartment doors inside the room, which you can easily modified it into from either a HUGE studio apartment with 4 double-beds to a 2 bedroom flat with 2 double-beds each. The combination.

Because the hotel does not have front desk staff. We have to communicate with them by messenger apps. The staffs were helpful but you may expect some delay in response. We stay for about 1 week or so, therefore we need to contact them for collection and disposal of garbage, it took 2 days before the trash could be removed from just outside our apartment main door.

Spacious, accessible and well equipped with good facilities in each room. Check in and check out procedures are relatively easy as well despite not having a manned reception. Good privacy as well since there is only one unit per floor.

There was supposed to be a baggage storage area since checking in early before 4pm will incur additional charges. However, response from property was slow. Thankfully it got resolved eventually.

Quite good. The bathroom is suberb! The kitchenwear equipment and bathroom complimentary are very well prepare. The room is private as there is one room per floor.

As same as the picture that the place is a little bit small, but still practical for 6 people. It's more suitable for 4 people according to the size of the room.

It's really good place for family. There is a dining table and all stuffs are really good. They use Dyson and Balmuda for kitchen stuffs. The stuff is really helpful and very responsive. My family really happy to stay here and hope to come back again!

Very nice location and spacious apartment. Not much noise even though it's located in the center. Really good water pressure!

Check in procedure is really complicated especially if you arrive earlier.. There are ways to get help but you'll have to guess in order to find them... The front desk wasn't really helpful when I asked for English instructions about using the washing machine. They responded something like "there are not English instructions we're sorry..." I must point out that the cleaning lady offered to help when she came by to change the towels so that's a plus..

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It looked exactly the same as the photos. Checkin was via a tablet and went ok for us.

No personal interaction with any hotel staff.

We love the space that could gather groups of us together for a movie night! The beds were comfortable!

Location was.slightly further away from the mrt. We spent almost 15 to 20 mins for daily walk becos of young children. 😅

Loved how there was a lot of room for a single family. There are sliding panel that divides up the beds providing privacy. the accomodation also has a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
