The location near the airport as well as the shuttle to the airport was perfect. The size of this APA Hotel room was much bigger than APA Narita. The free drink machine was a wonderful feature. We were able to leave our luggage and have drinks before our check in time. The hotel staff were amazing and very kind. The 1300yen Japanese breakfast buffet was oishii. I highly recommend this breakfast. Please keep in mind these’s no American Cereal or grits/oatmeal. Japanese breakfast style is what you should have while in Japan. If you need some fast food, there is a McDonald’s next door and a Brand New Lawson next to the McDonald’s.

The 大浴場 for men only had 2 sink basins.

It’s quite near the airport if you think walking 15-20 min is affordable. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. There is a convenience store nearby so no worries about foods and necessities.

The room is a bit small and the facilities like refrigerator and air conditioner were so noisy to the point that woke me up at night. And the nearest station is in front of the airport so you have to walk for 15-20’ there, under the summer weather was a bit tough.

The ladies-only room was cozy! Very cute with sakura prints. They also provided a Dyson hairdryer and Sekkisei facial products, so it was a very luxurious experience. The frontdesk staff were very friendly and tended to all my questions. There's also a public onsen, but the waters weren't the hottest. Lastly, they provide a shuttle service to the airport, but make sure you book in advance because there are limited seats (it's a van).

The location wasn't as close to the hotel as I expected, so the walk there wasn't the smoothest as I had a large suitcase.

It was a 12 minute walk to the domestic terminal at the airport where we picked up a free shuttle to the international terminal. That was great. We liked the public baths which were clean and spacious. And the staff was great. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is very clean.

The bathroom was an odd sized and fairly big ridged step up from the bedroom and appeared to be a module added later into the space. It was very small, almost to be unusable for anyone who is at all large. It was more expensive by lots than any other hotel we stayed in in Japan and, other than being close to the airport, didn’t seem worth the money. If our flight had been later in the day I would have chosen to book in Fukuoka and taken the metro from Hakata Station to the domestic terminal.

Public bath on the ground floor was fabulous. Room was very clean. Elevators are fast. Dining space is open as a common area at night, so people don't need to be loud in their rooms. Breakfast looked great, but unfortunately we had to leave early just as they were setting up the buffet (starts at 6am). Staff were very helpful. Relatively short walk (15-20 minutes) to Fukuoka airport and subway station. (It seems closer, but it's a long way to the actual airport entrance.) Convenience store is close by. Nice (free) drink service in the lobby, although my preferred selection from the coffee machine (ice cocoa) was not working for some reason. Water is healthier anyway. Also nice that they have a full range of free amenities (toothbrush, shower cap, combo brush/comb, etc.)

AC was difficult to figure out and get to a comfortable temperature. Room was very hot when we arrived and then got too cold. Floor level difference between the room and the bathroom is very high. (Although the bathroom itself is very nice.) It was actually a little difficult to step down from the bathroom. Bed was a little soft for our taste. The lack of English signage and guidance was somewhat surprising. Room was small, but it's Japan after all.

The location is near domestic airport of fukuoka.15 minutes on walk.the hotel provides free shuttle bus to domestic airport and you can take free shuttle bus from airport to go to international.room is quite small like other japanese hotel.also free welcome drink you can choose.there is public bath in the first floor.reception can speak english,so don't worry

Price is a bit pricey

I booked this room last minute due to a cancelled flight. I was able to check in successfully less than an hour after completing the booking online. The availability of a female only floor was appreciated. The range of facilities and amenities available surprised and impressed me. There is a clean and spacious public bath. The rooms themselves are slightly bigger than normal business hotel size but were bright, clean and modern. They offered bottled water in the room and there was a Dyson hairdryer as well. The hotel is also in an excellent location - 15 min walk from Fukuoka Airport, convenience stores across the road, various restaurants nearby (Mcdonald's, udon etc) and an Aeon mall about a 10min walk away.

Just be aware there is a small tax which I was asked to pay when checking in. This was not included with the booking.com fees (which I had paid online). Not an issue but just good to know.

Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Onsen was nice but basic compared to most other hotel onsens in Japan. Free airport shuttle and driver were good.

A shuttle to the international terminal would have been helpful for us. But was easy enough to use the free airport shuttle.

Thing to note, the hotel is a pretty straight forward 10 minute walk from the Domestic Fukuoka airport but there is a free shuttle that runs from the international and domestic terminals and it’s about a 10-15 minute ride. I originally thought it was a 10 minute walk from the international terminal so that was a bit surprising when I landed but honestly it was easy to get to the hotel and for the price, it was well worth it and I would stay again. The room was extremely clean and perfect for a solo traveler. Staff were amazing, kind and helpful.

We had a good sized, comfortable room which was very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The shuttle bus was great- we booked a 6.50am slot and it only took a few mins to departures. The bus driver and all staff were kind and helpful.

All was good.
