Clean and comfortable superbly close to the domestic airport 10-15mins walk away to take the free shuttle to the airport. 10min bus ride away from Hakata, convenience store close by. Easy to check in and out. Room was in a great condition. Good value for the size of the room.

There was a constant knocking sound that could be heard in my room especially when its in the middle of the night. It wasn’t the neighbors as they were quite quietz the walls are thin so the be mindful of other guests. The humidifier had a squeaky sound so turning off solved the problem. 😅

Quiet location, and it is my second time booking the hotel. It is conveniently located near to the domestic airport, I booked this hotel due to the location as the airport does provide timely shuttles to the international airport. The room is clean and have everything essential for a stopover if you have an early flight. It is located in a quiet area away from the Main Street so you get a good night's rest. I must emphasise that it is walking distance to the airport and is great value. Check in is simple and automated if you follow the pre check in instructions.

Very close to airport but also not loud at all! You can also get into the city centre super quickly. I appreciated that so many things were provided (face mask etc).

It is not a lot of space for 3 people. For just 1 night totally OK but otherwise it's very difficult to make or have breakfast without a proper table etc. Our daughter slept well on the futon but I think you have to be very tired to not have anything against it.

Basic and convenient place to stay one night. If you arrive in the international terminal of FUK, take the free shuttle to the domestic terminal. From there, it is a 6 minute walk to the hotel. The site provides good instructions with photos, but look for the left turn when the road starts going uphill, look for the signs on a post. Generous complimentary amenities in unstaffed lobby. Delicious honey tea bags, broth packets, cafe au last packets and more.

The photo are show the bed area, which are nice and new, but the rest of the room is a bit drab and dreary. The windows are opaque and frosted, so you can not see out of them, which lends to a rather claustrophobic feeling. But if you are only there to sleep, like we did after a long haul flight, then it's fine and a good bargain.

Location was short walk to Fukuoka Domestic Terminal, where u can catch the free shuttle to International terminal. From 6am, there is a shuttle every 6 or 7 mins. It also means there are lots of food options for dinner at the domestic terminal which u can walk to, even a food court. All the car rental companies are also there around the corner. If you cannot find reasonable airport hotel rates at the international terminal, Stay Airport at the domestic side works great for a morning flight at the international terminal too

I feel sorry for the residents in the homes along the path to the terminal. They have to bear with tourists pulling their luggage along the street from 6am onwards 🥲

The hotel is very close to the domestic terminal and there is a konbini close by. The self-check in worked smoothly. I traveled alone but I got a big room with kitchen and microwave. The rooms were also quite clean.

The hotel is a bit too far to walk from the international terminal. I also didn't see an elevator (but I might be wrong) so I had to carry my 23kg suitcase to the second floor.

Location: About 10-min walk to the domestic airport. Room size: As I was solo, the size is enough to move around. Utensils: They provide basic utensils like bowls, plates, forks and so on. In case simple cooking is preferred, it is workable.

Nothing really bothers me. I stayed there just because of the 7am flight.

I really like the fact that the hotel is close to the airport, fast check in and check out, very good value for money and is very clean. It is very convenient for early morning travelers. Great hotel!

Would be great to have an elevator, I had to carry my luggages up to the 3rd floor. Could also add a bit of thicker mattress on the bed to have more comfortable sleep:-)

They were very prompt responding to questions. So close to the airport and a flat walk to the accommodation and back to the domestic terminal and international terminal shuttle. Accommodated me leaving my suitcases in the room hours before I checked in, for which I was very grateful! Very friendly and helpful staff, made my life and trip easy, thank you! I was also grateful for the provisions of instant coffee & soup, bottled water, toiletries, and a phone charger. I will stay again next time I’m in Japan!!

Just a little walk from the airport (domestic) so it's good for stay when having early morning flight. It's easy to go to shuttle bus to international airport.

Check in and check out by using tablet takes time. You have to wait when someone is using the tablet and it is a little difficult even for me and I had to help some elderly to do it.
