I really enjoyed the location and the semi private beach with an abundance of chairs and tables by the shore. The view from the balcony was perfect. I also enjoyed the various activities and treats available in the lobby every day. I didn't participate in all of them but thought they were great idea! Ice machine was convenient. The people in the lobby were extremely friendly and helpful - loved them!

My room was never cleaned by housekeeping during my stay, but it was not a major problem since it was just me traveling. Also, the utensil drawer in the kitchenette was loose and almost fell off every time I opened it. The volleyball and basketball courts were used a lot and got a little noisy in the mornings, but that is expected in a family resort I suppose. Also, ice machine was not sanitary because the scoop was just sitting in the ice. Everybody could dig around in there with their bare hands.

Location, unit has been upgraded recently. Nice kitchenette, unit was in a smaller area and detached from main Hotel. I could park right in front of my place. Very quiet area.

Couch looked good, but was uncomfortable and had seen better days.There was no ice machine where I was located as the only one was in main Hotel, crossing busy street really was not a good option. I went to local. Safeway and bought ice

Location and easy access to the lake

The bed! The mattress is very low quality. It is extremely bouncy and quite small, the combination makes it very difficult for a couple to sleep on.

I loved the location right on the beach. We could see the lake from our room and could walk out onto the beach without leaving the property.

The unit seemed to need some work -- Wasn't big on the layout of the room. Had to go through kitchenette and frontroom area to get to the bathroom and the bedroom was squished. Then there was a bedroom light that didn't work, wires that seemed to be run here and there and furniture that seemed ready to be replaced. I loved the location but the entire place seemed a bit rundown.

The location was great for lake access and view. The upstairs cabin had a great view. The pool, floaties, hot tub and lake chaise lounges, umbrellas and tables were great. The PRICE WAS RIGHT!

There was no air conditioning in the upstairs cabin. Someone started leaf blowing at 9 AM outside our windows. The dishwasher smelled, the cabinets were worn, the bed was creaky. The bathroom door would not stay open. I didn't think it would be so old but upgrades in flooring and deck were very good.

We loved everything!!! EXCEPT the pull out bed!! It was EXCEPTIONALLY uncomfortable. Bars dug into our backs and mattress was old and smelly. The kitchen was so convenient and the view of the full Strawberry moon was wonderful.

Sofa Pull out bed was unusable. There was something sharp stabbing my grandchildren. Bars dug into our backs. Also was old and smelly.

Close location to the lake, swimming pool, there is a Playground. You can use the inventory. Great view from the balcony on the second floor.

There was a terrible smell in the room, cobwebs on the floor lamps. It's dirty behind the bed and someone's stuff. The cabinet at the entrance is broken. There is dust in the cupboards and chest of drawers. People drink alcoholic drinks and smoke at the pool, even in the presence of children. The door to the balcony opened very badly

ONLY 1MIN WALK TO LAKE, AND YOU CAN SEE THE LAKE VIEW JUST OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM. NICE. WE BOOKED A TWO BED-ROOMS APARTMENT, WHICH HAS 2 SEPARATE BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN IS SUPER FOR COOKING. NICE EXPERIENCE.

NOT FRIENDLY TO A SMOKER, YOU CAN EVEN NOT ABLE TO SMOKE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, YOU NEED TO GO TO NOMINATED AREA FOR SMOKING.

So quiet and peaceful with plenty of outdoor area to take in the lake. I love the common green area and beach. Easy to kayak from the beach. Centrally located for all your Lake Tahoe activities which are abundant. Hiking, waterfalls, water sports or just lazy days.

Book early.

Wow! What a gem of a location! The amenities for hanging out at the beach and soaking in the sun were plentiful. We stayed in a cabin across the street, it was the perfect size for 2 people, you could tell it was aged, but you quickly overlooked that because of how awesome the private beach access was. The staff was great!
