Everyone was great. Kim is a total sweetheart and she helped me understand everything and she treated myself and my little ones amazingly.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and smaller than expected, but everything else was acceptable for the price point. The front desk and cleaning folks were kind and helpful.

The location was awesome! Desk clerk was super friendly and helpful! I love the fact that you plow the dog potty area! My southern dog was able to have grass to go potty on. Thank you for the baggies too! I do have my own but its always nice when that is available! I will be staying on my way back south!

Really nothing... I was super happy with the fridge~ I didn't expect to cook any thing that couldn't be used in the micro so I didn't need that.

The staff was very unfriendly at the front desk. She did not greet us when we walked up to the counter, just stared at us so we began by saying we’re here for a reservation. The next morning we were unsure if we needed to turn the keys back in and she looked at us, walked by, and then half way down the hall, passive aggressively said “you just leave it in the room.”

the room was good size and not busy around the hotel. the room was good for the price.

It smelled very bad in the hallways and into the rooms. it was terrible

Smelled like smoke in the hallways, unpleasant. Security light was right outside our window and still shined through the blinds, curtains would have been helpful. We only had 2 towels for 3 of us.
