Every thing breakfast was good

The lady at the front desk she didnt talk much she ask for my ID im waiting i said did you find our booking she saud yeah and just gave me the key no hello how are you your room be up stairs nothing NOTHING i even had to ask where is breakfast going to be and what time each time i pass by they talking in the phone no greeting nothing and i use to work front desk at a hotel next morning other man talking in the phone i said hello he still talking on the phone but room was clean each time we left out very clean and nice

For my purpose, the location of this property is perfect (just off Interstate 20). The breakfast is wonderful--offering many edible choices. It gives me energy to begin the day!!!!! I also find the Fitness Center (treadmill, specifically) to be an added bonus.

There is nothing about the property that I do not like.

Front desk employee @ check-in -rude. No front desk employee @ check-out; didn’t receive receipt for hotel charge. Walls too thin due to adjoining bathroom guest loudly throwing up for about an hour beginning @ 1am- disgusting.

The manager at the front desk( I forgot his name)was very welcoming and friendly. He was transparent as well as very knowledgeable of his job. This is my go to hotel when I visit my hometown. The hotel room was exceptional. The location and price was well below other hotels in the vicinity.

No complaints. The hotel exceeded expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay, friendly service as well nice clean room.Safe property right off the interstate.Breakfast was also cooked right with many options to choose from.

It rained both days we were there so we didn't get in the pool,but overall great experience, would definitely stay again.

The location was close to the interstate which made travel easy

The breakfast meat were pork only and my husband doesn’t eat pork but other than that it was good

Hotel was nice and updated, had a pleasant, clean smell walking in the lobby and halls The room was very nice for the price

The small stand up showers could be way better, water got all over the bathroom floor and there was not a lot of space to move The bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could be

The breakfast was good. The coffee was way too strong for my liking but over all I was very pleased with my stay there. It's been my go-to place for the weekends my husband is in that area for work. I will be booking my 3rd stay there for this weekend

it was a good location, easy to find and close to Hwy so easily accessible. Easy check in. Room and entire hotel was very neat and clean. Thank you all

I really didn't find anything I didn't like. I didn't eat breakfast. But I found no issues of any kind.

This was our second stay at this facility. I have a grandson in the NICU at UMMC. This location is clean and quiet. And in an easy location to get to and from. This is where we will stay every time!
