hotel is good .definitely needs renovation to be classified as a 5 stars furniture ,Mouquet in room looks old specially lobby furniture staff is very good but 99% don't speak English only Portuguese and Spanish .very difficult to find some one speak English or even French or Italian or German .they have their phone in hand and use google translate for every answer or question I think Marriott and Sheraton should learn them the basics but the hotel in general is ok

perfectly friendly and helpful staff helped us out with everything we needed, thank you!! the hotel is very big, slightly old-fashioned but very good - it has everything you need, everything works and rooms are very spacious.
my room had a door annex to another room which made it a bit loud when the other guests arrived (not sound proof) and they tried opening the door which was creepy (maybe put a sign "door to another room")
