Fabulous location, right on Yackandandah's tree lined High Street which was full of lovely shops to browse. It's certainly a unique little town. We enjoyed having dinner and a wine out the front of the Star Hotel. Great pie shop - Gumtree Pies, best we've ever tasted! Yackandandah is an interesting place to take photos if you are a keen photographer. My husband enjoyed his run along the river's picturesque cycling track. I believe autumn is a beautiful time of year to travel there...so we'll be back yet again.

A very well presented room, comfy chairs which were most welcome after a long drive, good provision of amenities, very clean, lovely touches like a choice of pillow hardness. Right in the town so close to shops and the pub. One of the nicest motels I've stayed at and would be happy to book again if I'm in the location.

I would have liked to have a microwave in the room Wifi in the room furthest from the office had poor signal.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds with small kitchenette. Only thing missing was a microwave. Walking distance to a good pub, the Star Hotel. Next door is Gum Tree Pies, absolutely delicious pies and across the road is an IGA. The historical town is well worth a stop.

Older style motel but spacious room. Well equipped and particularly clean and tidy. Great location. Literally in the heart of Yackandandah. I would recommend it and definitely stay again.

Wi-fi is problematic. We tried 2 mobiles and 2 tablets to get a weak signal once, which quickly dropped out.

Situated right in the middle of town close to all pubs and cafes, this was the cleanest accommodation (and most comfortable bed) we experienced on a 12 day road trip to Sydney and back to Melbourne. A few metres from the Star Hotel which served great pub grub and a fine selection of local beers (happy hour between 4 and 5). Make Yackandandah your first stop. Just 3 hours from Melbourne. Gateway to everywhere!

Location is right in the middle of the town. Large comfortable room. I liked that there was a separate sink for tea coffee making. We went to a gig at the Star Hotel - we could enjoy a couple of drinks and didn’t have far to go at the end of the night.

Nothing.

Perfect stay. Almost like an apartment hotel. One night wasn’t long enough.

The fully stocked kitchenette and the spaciousness of the room.

Small and extremely well managed motel. Centrally located, park the car and enjoy the town and nearby attractions by foot. Exceptionally clean. Superb attention to detail. Quiet. We travel a lot and stay in a variety of accommodation, this motel is close to the top of the tree in the motel segment.

If you can't park a car well, you may be challenged by tight turning circle, however you can leave your car in the street. If you can't read, let the owner know and she will tell you, only park front in to the units!

Location in the centre of this pretty town which is a convenient stop between Sydney and Melbourne - between 2 bakeries opposite a great Thai restaurant and short walk from the pub. Spotless and comfortable.

Nothing.

Perfect location, cozy room with all amenities, well priced, lovely owner. Clean room.

Slight damp carpet smell. 2 pillows each- one too soft (not enough to rest your head on), one too firm (too raised to rest the head on).
