Our stay was for a medical procedure and it was a stressful time. However, Tónica and all the staff were very helpful! They went over and beyond for my family, making sure we are comfortable and had a great stay. They even took the time out to show us special attention while the patient was in recovery. We are so impressed! And will be back! Special thanks to the front desk and restaurant staff. Additionally, the property was clean and always smelled fresh.

The only drawback seemed to be the discrepancy between booking.com and their system. Their database did not show/book the exact room that we booked. Because of accessibility requests, this was crucial to our stay. This is something that needs to be fixed in the booking.com end.

The property was well maintained. They serve a good hot breakfast every morning. They have snacks in the lobby during the day. They serve an excellent hot dinner at night. You can't beat that. It was delicious. The staff are friendly and the evening desk clerk, Velma with Housekeeping, and the security guard who went out of his way to help me get through the doors and into the hotel with the cart when it was pouring rain. I checked down on a Sunday evening and left on a Thursday. I had a sweet and the bed was so comfortable. They had room dark and curtains which I really like. I just can't think of anything derogatory to say about Prada. I will definitely stay there again when I go to visit my friend in Madison Mississippi.

I liked everything about the property. Especially the fact they had plenty of handicap parking. They had someone going around cleaning up the parking lot every day.

location, friendly staff, hot shower, comfy bed, happy hour I visit Jackson often and was very displeased with my last stay. I got a response on my review to try again so I did. The front desk staff was very nice and when I told Tonica that I was trying it again because my last stay was not good she immediately apologized and got room upgraded.

Dogs should be required to be on a leash, got on elevator told young lady I was scared of dogs and she just laughed and stated he wont bother you. except for picking the dog up so I pushed the elevator open and got off. Fitted sheet had stains on it I feel those sheets should be disposed

Having one elevator & rude cleaners — I constantly ran into silent & rude cleaning ladies that seemed very annoyed that I had to get on the elevator with all their stuff! One of them had held the door open with their car & walked away - I had to wait while she got things out of the closet for a full minute. She didn’t even apologize. She sighed & moved her cart - I was a nuisance for waiting to get on the elevator to get! Everything on my stay was great or decent — but my 3 run ins with 3 different cleaning ladies was memorably awful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Prado Hotel. I'm pretty picky about hotels and I was a little nervous going into this one, not knowing what to expect but reading glowing reviews. The absolute best thing about this place is the staff. They work very hard and seem to want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was well-stocked, but the dinner! WOW! The evening reception included free drinks and a wonderful meal. There were so many options that we didn't try them all. The rooms were recently updated and clean. I hope this lovely little place can keep up the quality. I imagine prices are so low right now to attract business. I just hope it doesn't bring in questionable people.

The area is a bit crazy around this hotel, right off the highway and a major intersection. While I felt 100% safe in the hotel, I definitely wouldn't go walking around this area because it is so busy.

The room was very clean, when I called the front desk for more towels, the towels were delivered in less than 5 minutes!!! Breakfast was good and hot, staff was available to help, constantly cleaning, and I loved the buffet style that was set up.

The bathroom floor did not appear to be a clean as I would like, it had some sort of sticky substance in spots as if something was dripped on the floor that went un-noticed by the cleaning crew. It was only a few spots and nothing I couldn't tolerate during my stay.

OMG! The complementary dinner and breakfast was awesome! The Cook did an excellent job! The Staff were wonderful and they all an Awesome mannerisms! Plus, I told them All of their kindnesess!

My sheets on the bed had bloody stains on it. I called the front desk to inform them and they were apologetic but kind enough to bring clean sheets and everything I needed to change all items in the bed.

Charged my card 3 times and the night staff was extremely rude did not help but offered to leave a note. I contacted booking.com and my personal bank and it was confirmed Prado charged 3 times! I am very upset about that situation but other than that the room is more than excellent. Hopefully I will have some kind of understanding in the morning during check out.

Very nice property - sparkling clean - a great value - friendliest staff I have encountered in decades. Loved the dinner/cocktails/breakfast. I could settle in and didn’t have to leave for dinner.

Absolutely nothing - its proximity to I-55 gives a little road noise but that is true of any property situated close to the highway. I didn’t lose any sleep over it!

Probably the best hotel in Jackson, MS. Lovely and spacious rooms, extremely comfortable. Large bathroom. Excellent and kind service with a smile. Took care of everything immediately. The free breakfast was delicious and included eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. The free evening repast included free drinks and delicious food consisting of hot dogs, chips and salsa, meatballs and mashed potatoes, plain steamed vegetables, and mixed-greens salad with grape tomatoes. I loved that healthy options were included and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We will return! This is a great hotel!
