The property is welcoming, peaceful, and has a rustic style that makes you feel relaxed and recharges your energy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The common areas are also very nice, with a lovely little terrace, a swimming pool, and a lounge with books, chess, board games, and more. Romeo at the reception is a fantastic person, always available for anything and always with a smile on his face. Highly recommended.

Beautiful old-world charm hotel located in a traditional Tenerife town. There are lovely outdoor terrace areas, small but extremely cold pool, chapel, and a wonderful garden with orange and advacado trees. There is an upstairs lounge area, with large TV, books, and board games. Breakfast offering, while not expansive, is freshly cooked to order. With orange juice, coffee, ceral, fruit, and cake, also on offer. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience. The property is extremely clean throughout, with staff proactively caring for the property. There is a drinks fridge where at the end of your stay via the honesty box approach, you pay for your consumption. There is also a fridge for guests to store their food and drink. The rooms are well appointed and clean with air-conditioning. However, I was a little disappointed with my room as it didn't appear to be as traditional as other rooms. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The property is small and very relaxed.

The hotel is in a small, quiet village where there are a few restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is quaint, with a number of different areas where you can sit and chill. The breakfast was cooked to order with coffee, cereal and fruit. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our bedroom, no 2, was excellent, with high, wooden ceilings.

The bars in the village closed early and all the restaurants were not open every night. But the staff in the hotel advised us where to go and which was open each night. The 3 restaurants we ate at, at the hotels recommendation, were excellent. We went early in the year, perhaps they are open longer in the summer months?

Wonderful hidden gem in a typical mountain village. There are many places to relax in the gardens of the hotel and all in all it's a perfect place to relax away from tourist masses. And location wise very ok to take a car from here to various places on the island. Breakfast from 8-10 in a big old room. There's musli and yoghurt, tea, coffee, cakes. And 6 options of different ready made plates with either eggs, toasts, bacon and eggs etc. The pool is small but beautiful in the garden. The breakfast hall is open all day and evening to spend time there for remote work etc. There's also a fridge where you can take soft drinks, beer, wine to your room or to the garden (can of beer 1,50 €) and pay them when leaving. Also some snacks available to buy. They also said they can make cocktails but I didn't try it.

Wifi didn't reach my room so well but it was very good in the other areas.

The hotel has a very special atmosphere. I was amazed by the interior of the hotel. The staff is extremely nice. We had a very warm welcome and perfect service during the breakfast. Which is not self service and it is a big plus in my opinion. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough for us. Our room was cleaned every day. If you are searching for a calm place with nice staff, this hotel is a very good choice.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The town itself has lots to offer and the bus station is only a short walk away from the Hotel if you are looking to go elsewhere. Great breakfast and lovely staff, always prepared to answer any questions and help you find hikes, places to eat, and other things to do in the day. Gardens and terrace are unbelievably beautiful and the perfect place to relax after a hike.

Friendly staff, good facilities. Breakfast could have been more varied, but the quantity was ok. Wifi did not work in the room, had to sit in the corridor to work. Church bell next to the accommodation was rung several times an hour, but between midnight and 8am this was not done. Lovely little accommodation,cleaned daily although we did not ask for it. The old floor creaked with every step. Still, I liked the whole place.

A family hotel where you are made to feel super welcome when arriving. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable with lots of character. The building and gardens are stunning and the are nice touches here and there. The id the opportunity to buy food and drink on site, you just write the down what you have had on a note pad. You can store food in a fridge in named boxes. The pool is lovely and perfect for the summer. Our welcome was lovely- thank you. The town is small with some nice bars and a nice churrería. Easy to access by bus. Nice walks locally. Stay here.

Buffet breakfast with reasonable range and special plates produced to order. Evening meal range limited to two options and prior booking of tables was required. List of alternative restaurants were provided.

The menu for the evening meal was only communicated verbally. A posted, written version, even if only in spanish, would aid decision making regarding the evening meal.

Very nice breakfast choices. Loved the quiet location and the beautiful gardens. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The honesty notebook is a lovely touch and the fridge for guests to store their own food and drinks!
