A word of thanks to Ibrahim at the reception who was very kind and welcoming, which we needed given our very late arrival on a red eye flight! The personnel in general were very professional and efficient.

Nothing in particular, except perhaps that normally "airport hotels" are closer to the airport itself (would have been ideal for us, arriving in the middle of the night), but I guess that is a matter of public planning and not hotel management.

The staff are really good. bed is comfortable. Room is clean. It'll definitely meets your expectations. The restaurant at the hotel serves variety of food from different cuisine and it's delicious.

Only one thing I didn't like which is the connection door between the rooms which can be a bit uncomfortable as it's not soundproofed at all. Basically depend on your neighbor whether he is noisy or not.

The staff was really supportive and they gave us all the extra services we need it, also due to the late flight. We had a lovely executive room with access to lounge. I much appreciate the location close to the airport.

Actually only thing could be improve, breakfast could be more local and better juice. Also SPA could be renovate, but really just a suggestion!

Salam. This is our second stay at the hotel. Our first night was here before we drove to Medina. We decided to come back on our return because we loved it. The location of the hotel is excellent and quiet. My family and I have enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere inside the hotel. We arrived and our room was not ready. However, the two gentlemen at the reception upgraded our room with no charge. We waited downstairs with the musical sound of the water fountain. It was quiet and relaxing. Then one of the receptionists came to us with a smile and and said that the director would like to offer us a free supper while our suite is being ready. An excellent customer service. It shows class and how much they care about their customers and their comfort. The restaurant manager is very welcoming and the food is yummy and excellent. The parking is available and our car was shaded.

Breakfast was lovely and the beds were super comfortable. It was a stop over for one night from the airport so didn't get to explore or take advantage of the facilities. Was very convenient to stay before our flight to Jeddah the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Bit of confusion on the number of beds as there were 4 adults which I entered in booking.com. Upon arrival there was only one King bed in the suite, however this was quickly resolved with 2 additional beds- thank you

Great breakfast. Sauna is top and the gym is very enjoyable. Best was the amazing dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My thanks goes to them.

Coffee is not as good as it could be. No hot chocolate. I missed the option to have eggs cooked to my preference.

Great welcome and the staff were superb. Comfortable room and as I was the 'guest of the day' I was offered a complimentary dinner which I thoroughly enjoyed. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the airport.

The pool area and changing facilities are dated and need attention.

Great location, close to the airport. I visited to take part in the Riyadh Marathon. It was close by to a nearby shopping precinct which was perfect for going to get some food after. In the hotel was a Starbucks and a lovely restaurant.

It was a little pricey for an airport hotel. The gym facilities were good but it wasn't a big space and didn't really have a good area like a yoga studio or anywhere to stretch.

Very near to air port. Perfect if you have an early flight so you can avoid going into the city. Hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful decor, nice comfy beds and big size room. Breakfast was too good. Enjoyed my stay there and would love to be back. Staff was very helpful and polite.
