The location was the primary reason for booking this accommodation. Everything in Verona is walkable this apartment is central to everything. Light breakfast available, coffee maker even a lovely bottle of prosecco. Shower/bathroom was very modern, plenty of hot water. Apartment was serviced every day and food replenished. of course once the gates close at 7pm the courtyard is yours to enjoy.

Whilst location was our primary reason for booking of course it is very busy around this courtyard and surrounding area. Hence the noise levels from 9am until 7pm are considerable even with windows closed. Therefore it is not a place to relax but we did stay 6 nights which I assume is not the norm. We knew there were no cooking facilites but that would have made this booking perfect for us. I think a table and chairs in the courtyard so you could sit out in the evening would be the perfect touch.

We spent just one night in this suite, and it was truly unforgettable. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of Verona, with the magical touch of having the Giulietta balcony visible from the room. The window looks out over the courtyard. The suite itself is beautiful—completely renovated, stylish, and so comfortable. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both modern and welcoming. What made our stay even more special was Michela. She’s a fantastic host—warm, kind, and full of great recommendations. Thanks to her tips, we had an incredible dinner and discovered some fantastic local wines.

Very central, clean spacious and all the little things were thought of. Lovely touches with the fridge full of lovely treats as well as the basics, kitchen fully supplied with crockery,toaster and kettle as well as a coffee machine, and enough for a good breakfast if you needed one.

When the gates were closed and the place was quiet then it was lovely, although at night people wanting to be let in got a bit much. In the day coming back into the apartment with the queue of people waiting to enter the site to see the balcony got a bit much each time. No separate entrance to the apartments from the street.

seeing the view was gorgeous! the room had a kitchen in it and food for us to make, the bed was comfortable and there was just so much space! Michela was amazing and honest and was a big help with where to go and where not to go, very amazing personality and makes you feel like you are home just by being around her.

the only thing I could complain about is the street being full of people all day everyday and having to shoo people at night so you can open the gate, as well as getting ugly looks by cutting the line to get back inside, but that’s given with the location and it’s worth it anyway.

Absolutely everything! From start to finish the property is unbelievable! The mix of old & new features really work together .. location is amazing not only do you over look the courtyard but it’s so central to everything. The owners are such a warm friendly family. Gave us WhatsApp updates & recommended restaurants & even went the extra mile booking them for us. To walking us to our taxi & waiting with us .. honestly you really couldn’t ask for anymore. A fabulous experience.. fabulous facilities So romantic & you have the courtyard of an evening to yourself!

Beautiful room in a special location. Being able to wander around the courtyard after hours was incredibly special. Easy to find as the courtyard is very well signposted, we parked just outside Verona centre and walked over - took less than 15 minutes. Special mention to host Michela who was beyond helpful - reccomending the best places to eat and what we should go and see. She even brought us a delicious cake!

The Lavinia apartment exceeded my expectations. You can see Juliette and her balcony from your window all night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the linens were luxurious and felt amazing to sleep in. The cleanliness was top tier with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was continental type and great, fridge was filled daily with water, juice and milk as needed.

I liked everything.

It was a magical stay! When we travel there is alway a sight we want to see most, in Verona, quite naturally it is a house of Juliet. So how about actually living in the same yard? It was written in the property description, but I did not expect it to be quite literally so. And be able to see the place without crazy crowds in the evening or in the morning - priceless! But on top of it - to live in a beautifully made, arranged and welcoming room apartment. The room was so much more than we even expected - spacy, tastefully designed, great choice of the products stocked in the fridge, even welcome bottle of rose wine! We loved the choice of the cosmetics in the bathroom (The Merchant of Venice) and even found the shop later on to buy more of the products to take with us. But what we wanted to mention also very specifically is the host of the place. Michela is the heart of Verona, we were so happy to meet her not only as a host of the place, but simply as a person! Super welcoming, very helpful for our very short stay - recommended us the must see places and helped to book a very nice restaurant before the opera we were seeing. Dear Michela, thank you!! Our dog was very welcome there as well. We really want to come back again, and if in Verona, would love to stay only at this place!

Everything was amazing!

The apartment was spacious! Breakfast was ok, but small microwave for something hot would have good !! Location was a bit of fun ! Walking distance to many sites , shops and restaurants.

The communication was not good between property and us. On arrival, we were told they hadn’t heard from us therefore no one was there to let us in to leave luggage , as we were early !! Walking around in the heat with luggage was very stressful. Not a good start to our stay ☹️ some fruit In kitchenette would have been good.

the location was amazing. Michaela, our host was even better. I could not fault this place at all. The apartment with balcony, kitchen and sofa allowed us a very comfortable reprieve from the midday heat, and the closeness to all restaurants and gelato places, opera and Ebre square meant we could come and go easily as we pleased. Loved it!
