Friendly and very helpful staff, located close to the station. From the station, it is just one stop to Lake Titisee. Rooms are clean with good wifi, comfortable bed, wardrobe, a mini fridge and phone service to the reception. We lost our glasses so the staff were kind enough to allow us to take a look into our room few hours after the checkout. The breakfast lounge area is spacious, exquisite with several antique clocks and decoration pieces offering a rustic and exotic feel to the decor. Breakfast was decent.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was so nice. The day we were supposed to check in, the trains were running late, and the girl accommodated us to check in a little later than we were supposed to. We had breakfast both mornings, and I enjoyed it. The day we were set to check out was my daughter's birthday, and the staff gave her what I think was a bottle champagne to celebrate. It was so sweet and unexpected. I would definitely stay again.

Nice location in Black Forest for stay. Hotel is in very good location. Walkable from Bahnhof. Good rooms and good breakfast. Staff was helpful. Booking.com charges more than the actual hotel cost.

My room was large and had a wonderful view. It was nice to be able to get a hot tea in the evening and take it to my room. Breakfast had many options and the breakfast room had a nice view!

All my messages were in German and I could not get internet to translate until I had wifi, which I couldn’t get until I had checked in via the instructions on the messages that I could t read). Only offered online checkin and I had serious trouble with this. Lovely fellow guest translated on her phone to Italian and then helped me in English. Without her I probably couldn’t have done it

The hotel was clean, they had parking available, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a very homely atmosphere.

Friendly staff, homely accommodation and walking distance to many good hiking trails, bakeries and the train station! Fantastic!
