The staff were exceptionally good and friendly. Off street parking was good. Staff advised against Taxi as expensive recommended Uber instead. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy as expected. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the village of Groot Bijgaarden. It meant a bit of a walk into the village (10 mins) for local ameneties which were linited as a small village. Some of the restaurants needed a car to reach and closed early. Good train link to Gare du Midi Brussels. last train fdrom Brussels was 23:02 and the village station was about 15mins walk. Both the train and the Metro in Brussels are cheap and safe as long as you take sensible precautions as you would in any capital city

Whilst breafast was reasonable we thought it rather expensive for a continental breakfast by comparison to what we would expect in UK for similar- 3 guests 2 nights breakfast came to €150. (but the price is advertised on website) Would have been nice to have a kettle and maybe fridge in room. We would most probably try to find breakfast elsewhere next time - but alternative seemed maybe limited to McDonalds, a drive away. Vending machines in hotel limited to soft derinks and sweets, no snack meals as shown in photograph nor was there a griddle at breakfast. Not a criticism of the Hotel but if you use the village store it does not accept Mastercard only Visa.

Great location, but must have a car. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding! Rooms clean, beds comfortable. (Not so much the pillows-too bulky). We had leftovers and they allowed us to use the kitchen refrigerator. And then they helped us by heating it up for us the next night.

No fridge. Pillows too bulky. No extra blankets in room. Didn't ask, I'm sure they would have helped. I prefer having extra blankets and different size pillows in the room to choose from. Otherwise all was excellent.

Super nice and friendly staff. They help you with everything and gives you tips to go around. It was super clean and very professional. They have lots of parking space, near to train station and lots of option for food. Near to it has shopping complex where you have many food options

A mattress on the bed would be really nice addition.

Comfortable room. It was easy to collect the card and check in even after check in time. Staff is friendly.

It is a bit far from the city centre if you don’t have a car. However there is free parking next to the train station.

The road in front of the hotel was temporarily blocked due to road works, but the personnel send a message about this in advance. I appreciate proactivity!

The personnel could not point me an alternative parking for the duration of the stay - so I knew the road will be blocked and the hotel inaccessible by car, but where should I park the car then?

Friendly helpful staff. Room comfortable. Great breakfast.

In a ground floor room close to exit to the main part of the hotel. People constantly walking passed the door. People smoking outside close to my window.

Room was clean and cool, location reasonable for access to the city centre, Uber €20 one way

No bar or restaurant, but breakfast was available but at a fixed price €25 which is expensive compared to €8.50 at the Ibis

Just a bit outside of the city center, so you'll have to commute. Bolt/Uber are exceptionally expensive in Brussels (probably because bureaucrats and lobbyists don't have to spend their own money...).

The rooms were very functional, breakfast was excellent and free parking was great.

The environment is not really attractive but you are close, within walking distance from Groot-Bijgaarden where you can find several nice restaurants.

Location was good, short walk into village and train station

had to order in food in the evening as no restaurant facilities and the noise from the building outside of the window continued all throughout the night which caused disturbances but overall good stay
