Pro: Nice place, clean, quality bed and sheets, the personnel is very polite, breakfast: at 3-stars hotel level, the place is quiet, easy to reach the city center, bus station very close Con - the room is extremely tight, the bathroom has got a plane size sink, literally To conclude - judging by the extremely high prices for accommodation in Brussels - I recommend this hotel if your top budget/night is approx 140 Euros

It is close to the center and has several bus stops within a few minutes walking distance. There is multiple nearby supermarkets as well. The breakfast is good

It was not a problem in my case but my room didn't have AC. Maybe during the summer or hot days can be problematic

Economy twin room albeit tiny was comfortable and enjoyable. Superior Deluxe was massive but that was about it for any further like for that room.

I pushed my luck and booked a second room on my last night and quite honestly it wasnt worth the money I spent for it. It was dirty, wifi didn't work, most lights didn't work, windows and walls were broken and damaged, the bathroom has a rancid odour from the drains, TV signal was a nightmare and the sheets on the bed had stains on them. I reported it in the morning to the manager who offered breakfast but I refused and reminded him that I had a 1pm checkout which I arranged prior to being confronted with that pretty unkept and dirty room. Wish I didn't spend all that too be honest but hey everything leading up to that was brilliant.

The entire hotel was impressively clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Affi. The breakfast was filling, and served promptly. I felt safe in my room and the hotel during my stay. The hotel was a short walk from bus routes, so it wasn’t too difficult to get into the city centre most of the time.

It was a little farther from the city centre than I would have preferred, but this was only a very mild inconvenience. The toilet and shower space was a little bit small for my needs (I have a mobility disability that makes me need some extra space when washing and using the bathroom) but it was very clean and otherwise functioned very well. I would have liked if I’d been provided with a ‘do not disturb’ sign for the door, and instructions on how to use the room’s phone to contact reception, as these were both things I felt the lack of, but overall these were very small issues that did not negatively affect my stay in a significant way.

Tidy and clean. I liked that TV had many channels, like over 100 channels.. Most of them in dutch or french ofcourse, but there are some in english too.. Most newschanels etc.

Tiny sink to wash (and it is inside in a showerbooth) but the water stream is strong. Stream from the shower also vary good. Surrounding place around hotel is not pleasant.. But what can you do - that's also an experience.. Anyway, plenty of kebab shops and food outlets nearby..

The room was really warm!! The bed was comfortable and everything was very good and clean, The hotel is close to some bus lines and connections to the center

Too noisy from other rooms, the shower pipe was licking

the room was pretty darn small and odd shaped. our room was also right by the light up sign so it was BRIGHT in our room at night. also from the outside you had to slam the door to close so might was pretty loud.

Location was great and offer great links to central Brussels.

The TV signal was very unstable and the bed was really unsteady. Woke up on the floor and once in-between the bed and the wall as it moved during my sleep.

Breakfast is good , attention is good , friendly personal and they helped me a lot in any case, also they have one Spanish speaker which in my case was helpful.

Everything was good

Every day, the room is thoroughly tidied up by the housekeeping staff. Additionally, we were impressed with the friendly attitude of the receptionists, especially Aziz. They gave us the right directions for bus/train routes so we could get from place to place easily.
