The hotel is on the bank of the canal, 20 minutes walk from the Grand Place. The size of the double bed was fair, the room had a bathtub, and the window - facing a sports park - had an automatic shade. The modern industrial design was refreshing, with some questionable decisions regarding the functionality.

The bathroom in the room had no real door, just see-through sliding panel curtains (there was a common bathroom on the corridor). The room had an unusual sharp-angled shape, so making the most of it, the furniture came out not really comfortable to use: shoe changing stool hidden behind the wardrobe, space between the bed and the desk not enough for the chair. A siren was screaming for hours through the hallways without anyone silencing it.

The location was great! A very short walk to the city centre. It is also about a 25-30 minute walk to the Brussels-Midi train and bus station. The staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after we checked out until our train later that afternoon. The room was clean and had excellent storage space, with a large desk and a nice closet.

The room was nice, but a little bit beat up. The door handle on our bathroom door was a little broken for example.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Go on the 5th floor terrace to enjoy great views over the city. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. 15 min walk to the center of Brussels. Tram stops nearby and tube station 5 min walk. You find a good restaurant downstairs with very nice local food, and a Syrian restaurant 5 min walk with great food.

We had only one socket in our room, it's not enough for 2 travelers

The location is very convenient, next to the city center but away from the busy streets. The Vibe of the building is very appealing. It seems like a reconditioned old (beer?) factory. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the fact it has a 24h reception is helpful for a business trip.

I was advised, however, to watch out in the evenings and avoid some streets nearby (although there is no need to visit those streets if you reach the place from the downtown. The room is just plain basic, but does the job and it is spacious.

The property was situated in a very convenient location. Its not in the old town so not expensive and not completely on the other side either. There is a bus which goes straight to the old town. You can also walk which was approx 20 mins. The staff were friendly. Unlimited supply of coffee in the reception area.

Great value, large room, comfortable. Never heard anyone else in the hotel. Fast wifi. Great location to walk to Grand Place and everywhere else in the city center. We were impressed with the stay overall.

Shower panel could’ve been twice as long to keep water off the floor better. One morning we had trouble with the water temperature fluctuating but nothing unbearable.

Contrary to the comments we read in the reviews before we went, the room temperature could be adjusted according to the request, and there was no noise problem. The cleanliness and size of the room was very good.

Although it was 15 minutes walk to the center, it was not very safe around the hotel. Water was leaking from the shower door. That's why the bathroom was wet. It was said that hotel slippers were not provided.

The location was only a 10 minute walk from the sights. The room was comfortable and quiet. We liked the social and environmental mission statement of the hotel.

The upper floor with the terrace was not very clean. The staff were a bit indifferent.

It was a 5 star reception, very friendly. There is no disturbance while you sleep, it was really nice. Comfortable bed The bathroom and toilet was clean.

The table was really small and the chair was uncomfortable. The flooring and celing is a concrete work with no finishing material on top of it so its unattractive and also the floor feels cold while you walk on barefoot, i was expecting a better finishing. The hanging light on top of the sitting chair is a bit odd.

The location is good, just a few minutes to walk to the city center. (Central Brussels is so small and walkable. There is no reason to pay a fortune to stay there.) Staff are very friendly. Rooms are on the basic side but perfectly functional. Gare Midi (train station) is close and you can take the tram there at a stop less than a minute away.

It is beyond the building's control, but as of my stay (May 2023) there is construction right next door. It was loud enough to wake me up. You might ask for a room on the other side of the building.
