Wonderful hotel just meters away from Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and a bunch of coffee shops. The staff is very friendly, and you feel at home from the get-go. The rooms are big and clean with quality TV channels. You also have a gym and a swimming pool. I had no problems with the WiFi signal. What else can one ask for?

Not a cheap hotel, and this may not be the right option if you are staying for more than 2-3 nights. Strangely, I didn't always get hot water in the shower. I expect instant hot water at all times of the day in such a hotel. Also, the area is pretty crowded due to ongoing construction and renovations everywhere. It should get better by 2026.

Location

Staff barely spoke English. A 4-star world known hotel must provide multi-linguistic staff. Also, I was asked for a deposit at check-in, the person at the lobby insisted on the deposit. I refused and when his colleague assisted me she told me you don’t need to pay a deposit at all. It was confusing and unprofessional. AC’s minimum setpoint was 20C and had to ask their engineering staff to come and change the fixed setpoint. Basically, a cost cutting technique. Toothbrush and other kits were only provided upon request.

This is a new hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Good facilities and very friendly staff.

Room service options are very limited and dinner arrived cold once. Staff was convinced that the food was warm enough to eat :) During my two day stay, internet was also not the smoothest. There are a couple of teething issues these guys still need to work on.

Staff were very kind. Good breakfast, a variety of Asian and European choices. Location is great, very central and just a few minutes away from the Mekong and night market. Lots of good places to eat around.

The gym is quite small. The pool as well, but still nice.

Amazing breakfast with many options. The lounge offers daily drinks and appetizers. The hotel bar is great for a late night snack and drink. Easily accessible to downtown, lots of shops, restaurants and Hard Rock walking distance. Very nice rooftop pool with a bar and a well equipped gym.

Everything was top notch

Our stay at this new hotel was exceptional to say the least. Everything from check in to check out was done with a high of professionalism and efficiency. The staff are among the best I have encountered in all my travels. Well done to the training and high standard set by the Hilton management.

Very good location, near to shops, restaurant and cafes. Very close to Hard Rock restaurant, about 2mins walk Breakfast buffet was excellent and cater for variety.

My room have no table lamp, be good to have a table lamp for night reading

Enthusiastic staff. Really stable internet, but looks like it was limited per device to about 10mbps, which was fine for my video calls. Great standard of service and the room was nice.

The gym was almost useless and had almost no equipment.

The location was excellent. The air conditioning was very good.

The drain in the shower needs to allow water to flow out more quickly. The Origin restaurant needs to have some Western dishes on the menu.

The location is excellent. All the points of attractions, including the night market by the Mekong river are just at walkable distances.
