The villas were exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Location to Legian and Kuta was great. We had a scooter, so getting around was easy for us. Access was off the street and no noise from the street or other places could be heard. Bed was super comfy. Shower and bath facilities in the room was divine. Loved the outdoor shower! Villa was close to "The Flash Gym" which is $10 per day, per visit. Very easy to walk to and great equipment. We got tattoos during our visit and housekeeping put sheets and towels in our rooms that we could get ink on at no cost, this was also a great idea. Just ask reception to arrange this for you when required.

Only downside were the doors to access the rooms and the bathroom. Poor quality, loud when closing and hard to lock and unlock. Could be easily fixed.

The food was amazing. I loved the french toast for breakfast. The coffee's not so great, but I just drank tea and went across the road for a coffee later. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make your stay great.

Only the coffee. Perhaps ensure that the guest shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers etc are all full on arrival.

Everything about Abia Villas Legian was great, but the staff were exceptional. It was a pleasure to walk through the reception area and always receive a friendly, cheery greeting from everyone. The Abia Cafe has wonderful staff who are friendly, attentive, and very efficient. We took the breakfast and afternoon tea option, which gave us plenty of food choices, was always delicious, and was very good value. We liked the menu and quality of food so much that we even had dinner at the cafe on many occasions. The villa provided everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and we used it all the time. The cleaning staff kept everything immaculate. Like all the Abia staff, they were friendly and efficient and always tried to clean the villa when we were out. The villa's position just off Jalan Legian was perfect for us. It was a short walk to everything. The cafe is at the back of the villa complex and overlooks the river. We spent a lot of time just watching the world go by while having a meal, which was both interesting and relaxing. Overall, we highly recommend Abia Villas Legian to anyone looking to stay in Legian, Bali.

This place is incredible! It’s clean, modern, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The food is delicious, and we didn’t want to leave. This is our second stay here, and we’ll never stay anywhere else. It’s in a quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. After our engagement, they decorated our room and pool on behalf of my fiancé. And again, on my behalf, when it was my fiancé’s 30th birthday. I just can’t thank the staff enough for making this special time in our lives unforgettable.

Beautiful villas, fresh, new, comfortable with open bathroom. It is a small villa complex with approx. 14-15 villas. Spacious for 2 people. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in their cafe a la card. And also super tasty. Sadly, only disappointment was the location of the villas. It's quite far away from everything, limited restaurants. Always surrounded with huge traffic jams, even small ones are pain when you are on a bike under direct sun and it's 35 degrees. Beach was even bigger disappointment. I had never seen a dirtier beach than this one. Everywhere, plastic, dead fish, and piles of smelly trash on the side.

The location could not be any better, Gojek find it every time with ease too! The rooms are beautiful and clean, staff keep the grounds maintained and beautiful! Such a lush and green refreshing villa. Staff were always quick to respond! Lovely spa services. I would recommend to anyone.

The only con; the air conditioner is not a big enough unit for the one bedroom pool villa - we had to go purchase a fan, only set us back 30 minutes and $30 but this is something to be fully aware of if you run hot like me - As mentioned problem solved but in dry season I think this could hinder the comfort heavily.

Fantastic location. Close enough to the lively heart of Legian but nestled a little back to make it peaceful and serene. The staff are wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Always with a smile to great you. The Villa is well presented and well looked after. Your personal pool is very generous and the semi outdoor bathroom is very spacious. Breakfast, which was included, was available either in room or at the on site restaurant. There were plenty of options including Indonesian favourites and more traditional options.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The Villa was well presented, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping attended every day and changed the towels. Room service from the Cafe/Restaurant located onsite was 10/10. Didn’t have to wait long after ordering for it to arrive at the Villa. When dinning in at the Cafe/Restaurant service was great, food was prepared fresh and well presented with friendly staff. The only thing I could recommend, would be to have a cleaning cloth in the room so guests can wipe down the bench and sink area, however this is so minor and not a negative just a suggestion. Overall the Villa and property was wonderful and what you see in the photos online is what you get. Location is great and close to everything but you don’t hear the traffic. Thank you to the team at Abia Villa’s, you made my stay most enjoyable 🙏🏻❤️🌺

'Afternoon tea' was nothing like an English afternoon tea and was quite measly. They also didn't include water as part of the drink options which I thought was ludicrous, considering how hot it is there and how dehydrated people must get. As the bathroom is open air, there's obviously no air con which made getting ready tough as lighting in bedroom wasn't great, so had to be in the bathroom to do my make up / hair and the humidity is so severe it wasn't fun getting ready! Couldn't do much sunbathing (when the sun was out!) As the whole outside area was in shade the whole time.

Abia Villa is nothing short of amazing. The Villa itself has everything you need & we cannot speak any higher of the staff members. They remember you by your name, came and cleaned twice a day, brought me ginger tea when I was unwell and called each morning to check if we wanted breakfast. There was nothing that they couldn't do and it is so appreciated. The rooms are beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is stunning and the gardens are immaculate. We will absolutely be back.
