The hotel has an excellent location. RIght beside the main shopping mall in the city, as well as practically across the street form the main train station in Kiel. Though, fairly centrally located, the place is quiet and comfortable. Most of the interest points in the city are well within walking distance form the hotel.

I couldn´t get my usual ice-cold shower in the early morning. The cold water seemed to be slightly warmed up & the shower stalls were a bit too small.

The room and bathroom were basic but clean and more than enough for my needs. It was quiet and easy to find thanks to the directions from the extremely helpful ladies at reception. My event was in a central location which was the reason for booking the hotel in the first place.

The reception area itself was quite cramped so we three colleagues had to hurry up the check in to make way for the next guests who were standing in the doorway.

Amazing location in the middle of a beautiful city. The staff and people of Hamburg were friendly and helpful to all our needs. Beds and toiletries were clean comfy and home-from-home. Would highly recommend for couples looking to explore the city or for people attending concerts/events. Hotel is very close to the Hamburg HBF train station with plenty of markets and eateries around.

We were comfortable and felt safe and it's the perfect spot for a one night, affordable with friendly staff

It was at loud at night one could hear the people outside cause it's a busy area with the train station being so close

We wrote to the accommodation if we could bring the luggage there because we arrived earlier and they said we can. We are so thankful that when we arrived around 9am the receptionist already let us to our room (it was already cleaned). The room and the hotel's location were both nice.

Toilet/shower. Good for 'normal' persons, but if you are overweight, you should be careful, as it is very tight.

Location - was very close to the main station. Bed was a decent size for a single person - we don't all like single beds - shower was good, and nice and hot

Nothing about the hotel was bad, though I found the TV remote control a little irritating as you couldn't choose a channel

The city hotel is very central and very convenient to the central station which connects you to everywhere within Hamburg and the surrounding towns. The room we got was a big room with high ceilings and had a double bed and a single bed. The room and the beds were comfortable.

The Hotel was excellent value but as there is no offer of breakfast, I’d have loved a kettle in the room to make tea. it’s only a small Thing but it would have made a difference.

The room was clean and near center you can visit everything by walking, great vacation here and workers was really nice

Perfect location, clean and price / quality a great deal.

Of course don't expect too much for thus price. It's good but if you're picky on everything, just go somewhere where you pay too much.
