This house hotel is amazing! The grounds are absolutely stunning and very clean. The staff is welcoming, kind, and professional. Our friends got married here and the ceremony was excellent. The room was far beyond my expectations. Very spacious and ornately decorated. My spouse and I loved using the jacuzzi every night and there was complimentary cookies & juice in the lobby. Picturesque volcano views from the bar. 11/10 stay.

The hotel is beautiful 😍 The decor, the design and the people who work there are all just beautiful ❤️. I loved the rooftop terrace bar and the wonderful seating area for meals. It was my first time in Guatemala and the breakfast had all of my cells excited 😊

We didn't have hot water for our first day, so that took a little getting used to. The hot water did kick in the second day and we had a bit more joy in our lives!

Spacious and quiet rooms, very serene and gorgeous hotel grounds, tasty breakfasts (and food in general), beautiful views of Pacaya, Acatenango and Fuego volcanos from cupola-studded rooftop.

On the high-end price wise.

The hotel is beautiful, it is spacious and has wonderful common areas. the view from the terrace is beautiful! it is a little longer walk to the center than other options but its ok (if it doesn’t rain and the streets flood). i think it is a little pricey but the room is worth it.

The front desk personnel can be a little bit more welcoming… also, the air conditioner can work better.

Everything!! The staff is amazing! The room, bed, bathroom was divine! The coffee in the room was delicious and excellent! The cookies everywhere. The place itself is filled with historical significance. The rooftop views of the volcanoes. And more!

Staff, from reception to restaurant, are always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and very close to the central park.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check out was smooth and fast.

Room was not quiet. There was a wedding celebrated next to the room, so it was loud until 12am. Our door lock broke and had couldn’t get inside our room. Staff was friendly in getting support, but the repair took 30-45min.

It was beautiful, in a great location and very well appointed

Facilities breakfast, Percy amazing employee would arrange and take care of everything

Not great dinner, many members of the staff don't speak english

The drinks, the food and the terrace are superb
