Very beautiful and clean rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Perfect location close to the airport, tram, and train. The train takes you quickly and easily to the main station or, for example, to Monaco. The staff was friendly and competent, and the room service was excellent. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again on a future visit to the Côte d'Azur. Highly recommended!

I had no complaints and would definitely stay again. If I had to mention anything, perhaps providing a few flyers or tips about the Côte d’Azur or public transport connections could be helpful – but that’s really just a suggestion on a very high level.

The room was very modern, clean and had everything needed. The location was really convenient for getting around the coast and towns. Bar staff and referring staff were lovely and housekeeping was fantastic.

I had an executive room booked, which gave me access to the lounge. However on two occasions during my stay the refreshments and drinks in the evening were not replenished which made use of the space pointless. Also I had dinner in the Balm restaurant and service was incredibly slow. They forgot to put my order through and I waited nearly an hour for my dinner.

The hotel is very elegant and comfortable, it even exceeded my expectations. Breakfasts were tasty, everyone will be satisfied, as there are savory and sweet options to choose from. Coffee was excellent. Room was amazing - spacious and extremely clean. The staff was highly professional, kind and helpful. I loved the smell in the corridor. The wine I tried in a bar was perfect. I would give it 11 if it was possible. You can easily reach the city centre with a bus 12 (bus station is just opposite the hotel).

In fact it's quite far from the city centre but on the other hand - very close to the airport.

I enjoyed very much staying in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I arrived at 11 a.m. and they kindly proposed me an early check-in. Moreover, when I asked for a map of Nice, they asked me where I'd like to go and explained how to get there. I've chosen this hotel because of its location near the train station and tram stop to go to the airport. However, I was a little bit worried about the traffic noise. Fortunately, my room which overlooked the transport hub was very calm and I spent a tranquil night.

The staff was helpful and courteous. They were able to accommodate our request for an early check-in so we could rest from our long tiring journey. The breakfast options were great and we enjoyed the ala-carte lunch at the restaurant as well. We were able to use the business facilities to get a few hours of work done before our late evening flight the next day. WiFi worked very well.

The carpet in the room needed a deep clean (sticky and a little smelly). The hotel staff had a lot of trouble getting the room AC to work so we were uncomfortable at night.

Good location for our purpose, one of the Reception staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the night porter (we had to vacate at 5am) was very friendly.

We had a meal, after our mains we were forgotten about, I eventually hailed the waitress. She came, took an order for another drink, we asked to see the dessert menus but after she left nothing happened. In the end we got fed up and left. Poor customer service in this department.

I like Crowne Plaza hotels. This one is really lovely. When we arrived in the evening they were serving food out front. Fabulous! We were there overnight as our flight was cancelled due to disruption and we didn’t have enough time to really enjoy all that the hotel had to offer

I can’t comment as we only had an overnight and sadly left at 05.45 so didn’t get the chance to really enjoy all it has to offer

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and omelettes being available is a bonus. The food and wine were very good. All staff were attentive and helpful and reception staff advised on travel by train and tram. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is brilliant with both train and tram stops3 minutes walk: brilliant for sightseeing in Nice and travelling further afield along the coast to Monaco and Italy! Lovely area to sit outsie.

No coffees or lunches served until 6pm some days is a bit of a low in a hotel.

Location was very close(almost adjacent) to the airport and access to all areas of Nice was very simple due to the latest tram line extension just outside hotel with the price of travel very minimal Buy a lines Azur week ticket at 15 euros You van jump on and off all trams and buses at your leisure for the week and can go to just before Monaco at cap d’ai and across to Cannes sur mer all on the ticket including out as far as Menton The tram now goes to port lympia where you can then get the bus (every 15 mins) to Monaco at a €1.50

Breakfast is decent, but not if you go after 9 ish, as the hot food like potato rosti ( hash browns) scrambled eggs, tomatoes etc do not get replenished. It is also difficult to get a seat at times due to the volume of people, and the staff seem flat out to try and ready the tables. Self service for toast, coffee etc Also, beware outside on the astroturf as myself, my wife and others had numerous large bites. Definitely use loads of insect repellent if sitting outside for any length of time.
