This is a perfectly fine morel right on the road a few minutes drive from the National Park entrance and Estes park center. Comfortable rooms and beds, that come with everything you need: microwave, coffee maker, fridge, heating system, AC, table and two chairs. You park right in front of your room. Very friendly owners / staff, I felt very welcomed and got some great recommendations on things to do in Estes park. Outside in the Summer season there is a little pool and a bonfire pit.
The rooms on ground floor don’t have as much privacy as people are walking by your window, The bathrooms are tiny, the washbasin is in the main room

This hotel was perfect for our trip -- clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and in a wonderful location! We had a balcony off of our room and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the mornings and watching the animals in the field across the street. There are also multiple restaurant and cafes literal steps from the property, as well as a gas station, convenience store, and gift shop less than a five minute walk away. This hotel was truly everything we needed and more!
The parking was a bit tight in the back, but it wasn't a big deal. Just be extra cautious when driving/parking.

The hotel office closes early, but the staff contacted me vis text messages for a late self-checkin. She kindly left the code and information in text messages before my arrival. I had no issue to check in by myself. The room is clean. Fridge, microwave and heater worked well to keep a hospitable atmosphere. The location is superb to be just outside RMNP Beaver Meadows entrance. I had a nice 2-day stay.
No breakfast is served. For most guests, to-go breakfast is very needed for their early departure for long hikes. Suggest include to-go breakfast with extra charges. The property is close to a busy road, so vehicle noises can be heard sometimes.

Place was very clean. No smells. No stains. It took a while for the hot water to reach us, but when it did, it lasted a long time. Pressure was great. Heater in the unit worked well. I liked that they were able to text us the room code so it saved us a trip to the counter, especially because we were arriving late. Area was quiet and well lit. Microwave and fridge were a nice addition so we could utilize our leftovers.
Bed was a little on the hard side and the pillows were not that substantial. We had two beds in our room so we took the pillows off the other bed to make it work. This may also simply be my preference.

The proximity to the park was exceptional! Literally around the next curve. The views are incredible. The room was very clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and an extra blanket. The front desk lady was so nice.
The pool wasn’t open….we were really looking forward to it. I read the reviews before booking and sure it would be open. Others had commented about the same thing and they said it opens mid June…June 21st is mid June. But we wouldn’t have had time anyway. I would still stay here again. It was great.

The absolute best part about our stay was the staff. Some of the friendliest, most helpful people I’ve ever met! They gave me a very warm Good-morning welcome when I was waiting for my coffee to finish pouring in the lobby & made sure I had everything I needed the entire time. The location is perfect as well. 5 minutes or less to the park entrance, right next door to a great restaurant (bird and Jim) and less than 10 minutes from the heart of Estes. The view from our door is also 11/10! The rooms are rather small, but you aren’t spending much time in there anyways! The beds are decent, but we never had any trouble getting comfortable or waking up with any pains! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to the Rocky’s!
Smaller rooms, but again, you aren’t spending much time in there anyways!

The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. I liked that there was a VERY good restaurant right next door so we could just walk over for a convenient dinner. The motel is also at the edge of town near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park so if you are try to get an early entrance to the park it is very convenient. We saw elk right across the street from the motel.
Our room was on the second level and we couldn't quite drive up to our room, but I think that it was unique to our room. The quality of the room and furnishings made up for the inconvenience to have to carry our luggage a little further than usual.

It was very close (less than a 5 minute drive) to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP, which was very nice and convenient! The room was also very clean and there were plenty of clean towels for 2 people. Very friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable beds!
The parking lot was a little tight. No issues for a small compact car, but harder to maneuver in a larger vehicle.

Motel is close to the Rocky Mointains and Estes Park! The beds were comfortable and the cost was reasonable. Staff were all pleasant and helpful with the exception of one. If you are looking for the Hilton, this isn't the place for you but if you are looking for a quant motel, close to attractions, at a reasonable price point, this is a decent place. The keyless entry system was handy!
The lady that checked me in was unpleasant. When I asked for dinner recommendations she made a comment to the effect of Estes being overpriced so not going out to eat and that she didn't understand why people would visit.

It was conveniently located towards the Rocky Mountain National Park side of town. Made getting into the park early a breeze. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Rustic decor was nice. Price was very reasonable for the area.
Room was just a little bit crowded with all the furniture. Parking was not ideal and kind of chaotic. Certain rooms have designated parking, but this one does not. You have to park in the back which means you have to compete with patrons from the restaurant next door. Or if you're lucky the guests in the adjoining rooms are gone and you can park close. Road construction in the area made getting around Estes Park challenging. Luckily we were able to get directions from the local folks about shortcuts to get around.
