Very nice and clean Hotel. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. There was daily cleaning of the rooms. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location - Walking distance to Jersey Gardens Shopping Mall for shopping and to catch the bus to go to New York City and around New Jersey. The Hotel was very convenient to Newark Airport. Great shuttle service to the Airport.

Lighting and water pressure in the room could be better. No breakfast included. A breakfast would be nice. No safe in the room. A safe in the room would be highly appreciated. The Air conditioner and heat in the room could be Quiter.

I only stayed

We only stayed for 2 nights and was double charged for 14nights and my money yet to be refunded. Still waiting for my refund

The place is nice, modern and clean. The staff is polite, respectful and communicative. They give the best to make customers happy.

The sofa bed is not comfortable at all, the mattress is so thin that you can feel the coils, so I think an auxiliary mattress is needed. There’s no transportation so close, you can take a bus on a mall that’s is some blocks away from the hotel and there are no restaurants open late night, so if you’re planning to arrive after 8 pm, make sure to have your dinner solved or be aware of at least 30 min wait for a Mc Donald’s delivery

Our flight got cancelled, so this place was a convenient and nice place to spend the night.

The shuttle to the hotel took forever, and it was hard to figure out which shuttle it was. There are a lot of different versions of Marriots in the area, and the shuttle could have been labeled better.

The location was great. I was able to get to everything in a 45min timeframe.

Parking was limited. There was a lot of coach buses parked In the lot. My husband was able to fit in one area where a coach bus took up 6-1/2 spaces. In the morning when we got up to level there was a nasty note on our car with cuss words and name calling. But other than that it was a pleasure.

Helpful pleasant front desk Very clean. Nice convenient lobby setting & cafeteria/ bar. Located in a safe & clean condition near airport . I love the very professional, punctual free shuttle to air port.

Close to the mall. The hotel is well kept, but you can see that it is outdated. But I loved the place.

Ideal location when flying out of Newark Airport. Walking distance to Jersey Gardens for shopping. The rooms were comfortable and bigger than expected. Breakfast was nice and the Starbucks coffee onsite was perfect for the icy weather.
