Very nice front desk people. Loved the breakfast choices.
No housekeeping in the 9 days we were there. Had to get linens from the desk and change them ourselves. Not the end of the world.

Customer service was great The room was clean and quiet 
The refrigerator didn’t work So I told someone in front Desk They said someone will be there to fix it But It still didn’t work so I guess no one came to fix it. There was also 4 stink bugs and one big fly that we couldn’t catch.

This is a good place to stay if you just need a basic room. The only downfall I think is that you hear the noise from the road all night. I also have yet to receive my $50 deposit back.

Close to points of interest, apple orchard and winery. Bed was very comfortable with wide selection of pillows.
Check in process wasn't quite smooth. I had a concern that I might have been double charged as well because my credit card sent an alert that my card was charged the morning of the first day we were supposed to stay, but then I had to present the card for charging again when I checked in. I think everything is squared away, but not sure yet.

It was quiet even though it’s convenient off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The dining establishment on site was also a good option. Very professional and courteous!

Front desk staff. Cable TV. Bed was OK but not all that comfortable.
Standing water in the bathtub drain. Toilet did not flush properly. Housekeeping lady did not knock nor speak to announce herself before trying to come into my room, she used her key and kept jiggling the door handle.

Clean, I never slept so late the bed, very comfortable, check in and out quick, and employees extremely polite and friendly.
Nothing. I needed change for a drink and instead I was given it for free.

My son was able to rest before work and in the process of finding a new place .The front desk clerk made him feel very welcome and she worked with me to tell me how to book an extra night for my son.

The front desk was very nice. 10% discount at restaurant next door. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Excellent value for the money.

Breakfast was a little less than expected. The 50$ security deposit was taking off my debit card instead of cash.
