Room was comfortable and clean - at the time of our stay there were maintenance issues and the First floor HVAC was out and they were working on the pool. Our room HVAC was very comfortable and they provided the shower gels/soap/lotion, which was very nice. There was ample parking and the room noise was good with the other guest. Bonus: Golden Coral was was within walking distance and provided a good supper and breakfast option. We did eat at the hotel breakfast on our last day there and the breakfast very good and the service was perfect.

The construction to fill in the Hot-Tub was somewhat inconvenient, but understood. The pool water was a little on the cool side and the pool towels were all used from the night before, but we were able to go the frontdesk and get some to use.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. I like that there were plenty of channels on the TV.

The $18.95 fee for breakfast. I paid $291 for one night. Breakfast should be free!!

I liked the cleanliness and the location.

I didn't like that there was a decent sized family hanging out in the hallway until 12am, and there were some yellow stains on the bedding.

Everything about our 5 night stay was excellent. Wonderful pet friendly hotel and the staff was absolutely incredible. Hated to leave

The coffee is terrible. they offer a great concept with fresh ground beans. the water tastes terrible too maybe all they need is a good filter?

The bathroom door had a LOUD squealing noise when opened and shut. Not good for my wife's sleep!

Very clean and friendly staff

The pool area chlorine smell was so strong could barely walk or sit in there. Kids were disappointment they could swim but the smell was burning out eyes and lungs just walking in there

They are not regularly cleaning rooms due to covid. If you ask the front desk to have housekeeping take care of something, they put you off. Also, lack of daily cleaning seems to have taken a toll. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Dusty etc. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and great location.

Pool was down, no warning or anything. We were there for a cheep comp so all of the girls wanted to swim.

The location, just off a main highway & with an elevated situation was good. It was nice & bright and sunny as a result of the location & design of the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was narrow & badly designed, the bathroom created a corridor effect between one half and the other. The breakfast was very limited, there was very limited shared facilities, places to sit, etc. It felt expensive for what it was.
