The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. We were in a stressful situation with moving my daughter off campus from Liberty and the stay made our situation so much easier to deal with. We had to also have our daughter's service animal with her and they were very accommodating in that situation as well.

The shower door leaks onto the bathroom floor. It's a product issue, there is no catch gasket holding the water inside the shower. We didn't have any other issues whatsoever.

Breakfast was OK. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very close to shopping. The motel did their best despite a recent flood requiring everyone to be on the 4th floor.

Took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Key didn't work when I checked in and stopped working again two days later. A bit of an inconvenience to have to go to the front desk twice from the 4th floor.

Love the location-close to restaurants and shopping.

1) I booked the room through the Booking app and used my Venmo Visa to book. Upon check-in the employee stated they did not take Venmo, Cash app, Paypal, etc. I told the lady that I was fully aware of that, however I used a bona fide Visa credit card issued through Venmo to secure the room. I had to use another card-that I didn’t want to use-to complete the booking transaction. Employees need to be educated regarding actual Visa/Mastercard CREDIT CARDS issued by these companies and that they are not pre-paid or debit cards. 2) Could have done a slightly better job around the toilet area.. I didn’t like having carpet in the rooms. Carpet is a haven for allergens and bacteria, and since dogs are allowed there should not be carpet anywhere..

I stay here every time that I am in town. My son graduated from Liberty. This time, I was in town for his wedding. I despise staying in hotels, but this hotel is the ONE local hotel that I will stay at...every time!!

Very clean room. Friendly staff. No hassles checking in or out. Plenty of parking was available. Overall, it was a good choice to stay.

Breakfast choices were limited. They were out of butter and orange juice and table space was limited. We had a king size bedroom but the bathroom was tiny.

Location. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Quiet. Staff very friendly.

Bathroom kind of small. Really need make up lighting. The lighting above the mirrors, I scared myself when I woke up.🤣 and maybe a magnifying mirror on the side of the sink

The staff was fantastic!!! My room was clean and we had a great view!!

The night we stayed someone on the floor was smoking pot. The smell was in the hall and even in our room. I went out to buy trash bags for my dirty clothes to keep the smell from traveling from hotel to home.

The place was very nice. The staff was super nice in always greeting us. The breakfast was good. The staff were accommodating for whenever I needed towels, etc.

Well it could have been better with the mattress. I felt like I was sinking at the head of the bed. I have trouble sleeping on memory foam mattresses. I don't know if they were memory foam or not, specifically...kind of felt like and acted like it, but not sure. If it wasn't memory foam then I think it may be time for a new mattress in room 416 closest to the bathroom. I sometimes have GIRD issues so normally sleep inclined; however, it was a little difficult in setting up my bed. The toilet had a slight leak, what seemed to be in the flapper. Every so often it would make a bad sound and then one could hear the water running as if to fill the tank.

The front desk worker Chris has been amazing, he was knowledgeable, always available and has great customer service. Thank you Chris, I will continue to be a guest when in town.

Awesome location next to Liberty University. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than an average continental breakfast.

I don't have any coplaints.
