When my husband and I stepped into your hotel we was greeted by the front desk attendant, and she ask us to give her a moment due to she was checking in someone in. It did not take her long and she got to us in a timely manner and apologized for the wait. She was very friendly and polite. She checked us in and we went on to our room. When we got in the room it was so neat and clean and it smelled so fresh. The lobby area was neat and clean, the way to our room was neat and clean even the elevator was good and clean. Overall our experience at your hotel was amazing. We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary.

The only thing i did not like but did not have an issue with was the bathroom was to small to me. I am a plus size woman so I had to get dressed in the room. Which was fine cause I was with my husband.

The lobby is welcoming. Tempest is an amazing front desk agent. She is accommodating, understanding, and helpful. She literally exhibits what hospitality truly is. 🫶 They have a really good breakfast. The towels are super soft. There's coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby all day. It is located near just about everything.

We had two rooms. The coffee makers look like they had never been used, and they were dusty. The complimentary toiletries were empty in one room like they had not been changed out. There was a wash cloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain rod in the other room. Probably, missed by whoever cleaned the room. It's not a huge deal for me, but maybe for somebody else. The carpet in one room looks good, and the carpet in the other room looked bunched up in some places like it needed to be replaced but was otherwise clean. The room otherwise looked cleaned and vacuumed the beds looked changed and fresh.

Breakfast was ok. It was typical for most hotel breakfasts. The selection of foods was good. The staff at the check in desk were extremely friendly.

Our room and bathroom could be much cleaner. There was dirt/ dust and debris in the corners of the bathroom. There was a very musty smell in the room. There were 4 of us in the room and we only had 3 towels. We inquired about getting another set and were told there wouldn’t be more until the following morning after 10 am . This meant one of us was not able to shower.

Very close and easy access to Liberty university. Good breakfast. Staff was all friendly and very helpful.

We had a slight mishap at check in where there was miscommunication between housekeeping and the front desk and when we went to our room it wouldn’t let us in. The front desk girl was amazing and not her fault, but this needs to be avoided especially in busy travel times. I have worked at a hotel as night manager before so I understand, but needs to be corrected so it doesn’t happen again.

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (good selection of food and drinks, including waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, bagel/bread selection, cereals, and more). The pool was actually very nice with plenty of chairs and pool towels available so you don’t have to pack your own (would recommend sunscreen though). Overall would definitely recommend!

Good value for the money.. location was great. Felt safe. Beds were decent. Breakfast was good and really good for places in this price range. Did not do pool looked ok but nothing great. Free popcorn also. Second time staying here. This is a place you want to stay a night or two not spend much time there and have a great location for a great price. And I would recommend for those are looking for just that.

The staff from the manager to the cleaning personnel treated you like family. They really enjoyed their jobs. I asked several why they sèmed so satisfied and happy and to a person, they said they really enjoyed working for LA Quinta. The hotel was immaculate. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

This is just me but I found the mattress to be a bit too soft for me.

Breakfast only served sausage every morning for meat choice. No popcorn in lobby even though it said there would be. Rooms a little more than wanted to pay, but better than some other places. Pet fee is more expected than some places and was told they don’t have a cap on pet fee for stay and that can get expensive.

The price, location and service was very good! Even the elevators were clean and smelled fresh! The house staff did all they could to accomadate our needs; including absolute privacy. This was so appreciated!

Tis not really about what we did not like but rather, the room itself - for what is was being marketed as. As a non-smoking room with amenities, the following met with some lower expectations: The mini-refrigerator made noises all night; the cabinet that it was housed in had a loose hinge which meant wrestling with the door to get at the refrigerator door; the smart screen TV was small - not expected in a single bed king-sized room and the bathroom was very small! It seemed as if one bed was removed and then the room itself billed as a master suite with king sized bed. ;)

The breakfast was fine. Monitoring of the hot plate would have been exceptional. The swimming pool reeked of too much chlorine. So I didn't get to use it. The attitude of the staff was comfortable.
