Everybody was very friendly. The property was clean and looked like they knew what they were doing!

Only issue was our toilet. While it would flush, it took forever to refill. We called the front desk and Maintenance (friendly guy) came right away. Then we left for our event and when we came back LATE we didn't know if he was able to make adjustments or not because the problem still persisted. With three people in the room we needed the toilet to "recover" from flushes much faster than it was able to. But, we made do by filling the bowl with cups of water, so it in the end was fine. Really wasn't anybody's fault, it is just something that happens...we figured with a sold out hotel, the water pressure was simply lacking.

Clean and spacious. It is a pet friendly hotel, but it doesn't have to smell like dog. I would like them to use essential oils to neutralize the pet smell. I usually bring the diffuser with me but I forgot this time. Something like purification would had been perfect. I do have a very sensitive nose, so maybe this isn't an issue for other people. Over all, I am very pleased with the place and that they accept pets so I can travel with my dog.

it is right next to the highway so a lot of trucks/cars noise is heard early in the morning, but it is pet friendly and that is always a plus for me. I am also a light sleeper so this might not be an issue for others.

Front desk staff was very nice, the room good sized and comfortable. Price was right and the hotel is close to the University, shopping and dinning. I also liked the fact that they don't have daily room service. It's provided only after a 7 day stay or on special request. I actually prefer it that way. I don't have daily room service at home and don't want it at a hotel either.

My room faced the highway and the windows don't have that much insulating power. If you are a light sleeper the constant traffic noise might be a bother.

the fridge and sink for that size room was really nice to have, also enjoyed the TV to watch a couple movies. Mattress was pretty comfortable as well.

Overall everything was good, the only thing i can really say that I sort of found odd was how the fridge/freezer doors opened; the handles are really close to the wall so it was a bit awkward of a reach to open them.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location on campus at LU was a big plus

Room smelled musty upon arrival, but after turning on a/c for a little bit, it improved.

This property is the absolute best location while visiting Liberty University especially during graduation as you can walk everywhere.

The inside decor is dated. But the location makes up for that.

We need a warm and dry place to stay. We loss power at home, and my husband is a cancer patient. We were blessed to find an opening here. We are so appreciative.

The management was the highlight of the stay. Very accommodating and attentive. Felt like I received special attention and I appreciate that. Will definitely stay at Extended stay whenever I'm working in the Lynchburg ,VA area.

It’s quiet

I always pay cash with the same lady and a new lady wouldn’t take cash, I had to run around wards road trying to load my card. She was rude as well.
