Clean! Above all, clean. Smelled nice, nicely decorated. I was very comfortable here, and will likely make it my go to hotel when I’m in town visiting my daughter. Oh, and the coffee was delicious! Nice breakfast offerings, hot tomato kale feta frittata, pork and turkey sausage, chocolate chip scones. Then normal stuff like cereal and hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. Very nice.

My check in was impersonal. You know, no eye contact, longer than usual computer search with no apology for wait time, no directions to the elevators, that kind of thing. Seems nit-picky, but when your only interaction is check in and check out, it is obvious when one of them is sub par.

Loved the location and proximity to LU. We were visiting our two kids who attend there.

I didn't realize this hotel was under renovation. Our room (4th floor) was great and it was quiet (looked newly renovated?), but there were workers coming and going on the first floor and it appeared the third floor was offline. Part of the parking lot was blocked. The breakfast area was moved to a conference room. The staff and the workers worked hard to ensure the guests weren't affected or inconvenienced.

It was very good and always kept warm.

Your pool needs scrubbing on inside area around top of pool. Pretty dirty for guest to walk into and see as you get into the pool. Some bleach/cleaner is really needed. Appearance of towel area very poor, and towels had holes in them, I think the hotel staff could make this more pleasing to your guests. Compare with other hotel pools of your price rate . This was not a pool to promote. Please start a cleaning and repairs on cosmetic look of pool, and check pH levels .

I liked the separate seating area from the bed in the room.

There was not enough plugs near the bed. The lamp and clock were plugged in on the night stand. I had to plug my cell phone in to charge across the room on a power strip. No hand lotion or makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't very good. Especially on Saturday morning.

This was an anniversary trip. Check-in was a breeze and we were warmly greeted. Room was clean, temperature was easy to modify (we like it cool), and the accommodations were great. Bed was comfy and they provided enough pillows and covers. We were in a king room with a sleeper sofa, so it was nice to be able to spread out a bit and have a place to sit. There was an indoor pool and it looked well cared for, even though we did not use it. The views from the hotel were beautiful - the mountains, sunsets and even the pretty Liberty campus.

We ate breakfast late, and there was hardly anything left. So, if you want to take advantage of the continental breakfast, be sure to get up early. That was really the only "bad" thing.

Staff is incredible. So helpful and nice. Location is outstanding. I was visiting for my daughter who is going to Liberty in the fall and the view is campus was amazing. And you could walk if you wanted.

Perhaps a little updating. Gym is small but again nothing that would stop me from staying again!

The bed was so comfortable and the room so clean and wonderful. I slept the best. I’ve slept in weeks to be truthful. And the sweet lady that does the breakfast was amazing and helpful and very professional.

It’s a gorgeous hotel, pleasant greeting, comfortable king bed, thick towels, good selections at breakfast buffet. The TV main page welcomed me by name.

The breakfast was good. I wanted waffles. The bed was comfy. The decor was beautiful.

The bed was not made daily.

Location was very convenient, staff was friendly and room was clean.

Hotel was under construction during our stay. But other than that our stay was fine.
