Full size refrigerator for anyone on business and doing a long stay , magnetic induction two burner cooktop must use the special pans for an additional charge. Full size large microwave. Our standard queen bedroom was small and compact , but for us and our purposes more than sufficient The flat pillows were also essential as we forgot to bring our own, most pillows are not what we can use , we can't use large overstuffed or oversize , too hard or too soft. The pillows in our room were PERFECT, but not necessarily for everyone taste or accustomed to.

No view from window , but that was OK, we booked the room for sleeping, not looking out the window

This place is great for extended stays. It comes with stove top, microwave and full size fridge. You need to bring pots and pans, dishes and utensils if you plan to cook. Also a coffee pot if you don’t want coffee only between 5 and 10 am. It’s a great value for the money but keep in mind it is a basic hotel. Very clean and great location. No breakfast but I’d rather save $50 a night and bring my own food. Gym is nice. You can walk to nearby stores and fast food if you wish.

Wish they had a pool.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I appreciate the security measures.I like that the price is so reasonable.

I was shocked that some expected, basic amenities were not present. I assumed there would be a hair dryer but there wasn't. There was no ice bucket, coffee maker, or tissues. I'm used to something as simple as a napkin, pen & paper, but they are not present. Each room has a full kitchen but absolutely nothing in it! I would rather have just a mini fridge and microwave, than a full kitchen that I can't use because there are no pots, silverware, etc.

Very clean, and secure. The whole hotel is nonsmoking. Some of the reviews I saw had complaints about people standing outside, but that is because there is nowhere to smoke inside. Had to have a key card to go through any door. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe at all. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean.

The walls are a little bit thin I guess, I could hear the people above me walking around and the room next to me I could hear the bed. This did not bother me, I am a heavy sleeper.

This hotels location was close to everything. Especially all the delicious restaurants 😋 Little Cesar's, Japanese steak house, popeyes, wing stop, chipotle, and many, many more.

When I checked in, the front desk lady seemed to have a bit of an attitude. However, she warmed up to me, and after that, she was so pleasant. The room had a strong smell of Indian food. I went to the nearest dollar store to get candles and opened windows. The candle diluted the smell, but it still lingered.

Personally, I was shocked how nice the rooms were because I had read so many negative reviews. I book this hotel for my son coming from out of town. When I went to check the room with him, it was nice and offer so many amenities. I love the price for a new and nice hotel in Lynchburg Virginia.

Could not find anything to complain about. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

For being a motel, it rated at the top for me. While I did not use it, rather than going out to eat, I could've used the stove top provided in the room to make breakfast or lunch. The room also provided a full sized fridge as well as a regular sized microwave.

No key card until the next day. No back up for when the power goes out. We also weren't told we had to bring the used towels downstairs before we were able to get new ones.

The all around was amazing, the staff, other people staying as well. Our English bulldog was loved on so much. We will stay again when we come in town to visit family

Our only complaint is the pillows weren’t very comfy or had really any filling inside them.. really flat. & the room we stayed in on the 1st floor we could hear knocking & every person goin up & down the stairs but you can’t fix that. But please get better pillows. But we’ll stay again I’ll be more prepared with the pillows

Room was nice and spacious. Only complaint was that I had to go out and buy batteries for the TV remote. Girl at desk couldn't find any AAA's, so that room got a good set in the device!!

Location was good. 5-10 minutes to stores, in any direction. Staff at the hotel was great and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. Wi-fi worked well. We didn't have any trouble with bring our Scandinavian Malinois back in forth throw the lobby. Staff love him. Hope same staff is there, next time we travel. Unless they got promoted.

Only thing we didn't like was construction went on next door on a Sunday morning.
