The front desk employees were so helpful and very nice and respectful. The morning breakfast lady was super awesome! I wish I could remember her name! She went above and beyond with helping with the waffle batter not working properly and the other breakfast ladies the next day took time out of what she was doing to help with the coffee machine. The lady and gentleman at the front desk helped me getting my step sons Liberty University parking pass printed out so we didn't have to wait in a long line at the library on campus. The beds were clean and so comfortable! I would recommend this place if you want a great place to stay and get re-energized. The price is great and everyone there is above and beyond helpful!! This will be my go to place to stay in Lynchburg!! Thank you all!!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. This place is great!!

Breakfast very good …except for some fellow -about 45ish …think he was in hotel management? Kept walking around the eating area saying “well blame it on Jesus & the (something -his words garbeled) -to the point I finally spoke up -“you can’t blame Jesus-he is perfect” He, mgr? Said what Bible you read & when I responded w/they all say the same - he said something to effect “dat’s why Koran is best -no double talk,straight forward, bla bla bla till I finally just left - didn’t need his harassment & I truly do believe he worked there.

All good except see above….i was going to a Christian funeral for a very dear friend that day & I didn’t need harassment from that hotel manager

My elderly mother and I had just ubered to the microtel from the local train station after an 8 hour train ride. Upon arrival at the microtel, Jennifer was able to permit us to check in a little early. My mom uses a walker and Jennifer was able to get us a room on the main floor near the entrance area. The room was on the minimalist side yet very efficient, comfortable and clean. The weekend breakfast preparer, Miss Liz, was kind and made sure everything was clean and stocked. On our third morning, I requested a refresh of towels for our room and Miss Laura made sure it was taken care of while we were out visiting with family.

The only thing I think can be approved would be the lighting in the room.

The room was warm, clean and fresh. We were exhausted due to traveling from Georgia. Bed was welcoming and very comfortable. The shower water didn't take long to get hot. Also wanted to point out that when I arrived to breakfast I recognized a familiar staff lady from last year. I can't remember if I did a review on it or not. But last year this staff person didn't keep the waffle mix filled. Instead she told someone that it was broken. But then soon afterwards someone else complained about the waffle mix and surprisingly the staff lady filed it. So it wasn't"broken". I recognized her yesterday morning and she was on top of keeping everything filled and was polite to everyone!! My wife finally joined me and she remembered the staff lady too! I told my wife that it was a big improvement in her attention to everything.

The only issue was the bath soap dispenser was empty when I started my shower. My wife had to go downstairs and let the front desk know. It wasn't long that they supplied us with a full bottle. I used the small travel soap since I had already started my shower.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Great parking, the room was large and nice, bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. The window seat was a big hit with my daughter. 🙂

Would have liked to have been able to sit closer to/in front of the mirror in the main room, as I sometimes have trouble seeing when I'm getting ready, but that's a minor inconvenience. And the lights by the bed were a bit too bright for use late night when my daughter was sleeping. Again, not a huge issue, though.

Location was Great! Prices are great always my go to when I visit Lynchburg

My key wouldn’t work to my room or to enter the building the lady had saw me numerous of times still told me she needed my id to make a key, I mean I get that that’s company policy, but that was a lot of hauling bags back in forth to car! Also I checked out one night and came back the following day stuff was still left in the Fridge and toilet bowel was filthy still I didn’t complain first night, floor wasn’t vacuumed, I asked housekeeping for a brush and spray to clean the toilet myself! Other than that I have no complaints as will return per usual!

Everything was so nice and clean. The person checking me in at the front desk was nice and check out was a super easy process. I will definitely stay here again. I travel to Lynchburg frequently due to having family I need to visit.

I placed a special request to have a room close to the elevator because I walk with a cane. I was willing to take a standard room in place of the accessible room. I received an email stating my accommodation would be honored but when I went up to my room it was almost to the end of the hallway.

Everything was clean to my liking and I'm very picky when it comes to that kind of stuff. There was a good breakfast selection and the staff was on top of cleaning the tables and stocking everything up. The staff was very nice. All and all I would stay here again.

It was a little outdated and the TV didnt want to change channels for some reason. I only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal for me but they really need to fix that.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out process. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were flat and only had 3 on a king sized bed. The TV was small and dated but functional, so no complaints there. We appreciated the small kitchenette in the room. We appreciate there was a breakfast option, but it wasn’t amazing - not a lot of options. Would we stay again - maybe, the price point was right and we appreciated that it was clean!

This was a great location. A full hot breakfast every morning was appreciated. The staff was very attentive as well.

I stayed for a whole week. I would have liked to have had maid service at least once. I was able to get more supplies from the front desk. I had to put the trash out to be picked up in the hallway, but this seemed a little unsanitary.
