The breakfast was good. Rooms were lovely and spacious and immaculately clean, well thought out and well stocked. Loved the toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Price was reasonable and location was good especially in relation to Liberty University and local shops.

Breakfast was good but sometimes a little understocked if you went a little later in the morning. Front desk staff sometimes a bit unprofessional - depended who was on duty - sometimes extremely efficient and professional and sometimes not so much. Room wasn't cleaned every 2nd day as promised but staff did respond well to request to clean.

Nice sized room, with all the amenities needed for "family W/kids" Grand kids loved the pool.

Breakfast was not as good as I remembered during our last visit. Da one most of the "hot" items were, at best, luke warm. Day two was better, all of the "hot" foods were processed.. round egg patties, sausage, potato cakes. Not very tasty. Dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward when opened,, It was also very difficult to open because of this issue. Curtain chain was messed up and very noisy when adjusting....woke sleeping children.

What I didn’t like: I would have given the property a 10 all the way around, but the breakfast options made it a 9. My husband and I do not eat pork. The only protein option, the eggs and sausage were both pork based. It would have been nice to include turkey sausage or turkey bacon as an option.

What I did like: the cleanliness, the large studio, and amenities. The location to Liberty University is excellent.

The cost for 1 night. It was outrageous to charge double for a room for one night due to a college graduation in the area. The same room the weekend before and after, along with other weekends were half the cost. We traveled for other purose not a graduation. Cannot believe our room was $440 for one night and other times is it's $200. Very sad. The concrete side walks are crumbling.

- The room was clean, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need - The bed was +++ comfortable - the bathroom was clean, roomy and had lots of hand towels, towels and face cloths, as well as shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash etc. - breakfast was available from 6-10 Sunday morning and had a large selection, which was constantly topped up - checkout at 12 was also a bonus!

Size of the room, cleanliness. Adequate linen in the bathroom. Kitchen area nice with refrigerator to put drinks, there for a baseball tournament that came in handy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good

I like a firmer mattress, it was a little too soft for my liking.

Front desk girl had her food and purse on the front desk. Not very good impression. There was a guy in front of us waiting for someone to come to the front desk, she didn’t even apologize for the wait, when we went out for dinner she was sitting in the floor by the front door smoking.

I love everything about this property. We just experienced a little minor issue our recent stay

The bathroom light kept flickering but wasn’t able to get it fixed due to maintenance not being on site. Other than that the stay is always pleasant!

It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great for a short stay hotel. Also, I was impressed with the size and quality of the gym as most short stay hotels wedge you into a small room with very little equipment.

Great breakfast, very clean, lots of space in the room, so perfect for a family with 2 toddlers. Great shower!

Could use more firm pillows.
