I liked that there was enough space in the room if wasn't cramped and the bathroom was good size and easy to move around in. I liked that the room was very clean. The bed in the room was comfortable and it was large which I loved and the shower had hot water and there was an adequate amount of towels provided. The TV in the room worked well and the refrigerator was cold enough to actually cool my drinks. Coffee was available in the lobby at all times which I liked alot. Location was in a busy area but it was quiet in my room and I was not bothered by anyone while at the hotel. Heater in the room worked well and that was important to me. Staff at front desk was kind and was still available when I needed toilet paper later in the night.

I didn't like that I couldn't park close to my room because of the winter storm had built up ice in the parking lot so it was not safe to park in certain areas. I didn't like that my room was on the 2nd floor and I had to walk a bit to make it to the room.

location, price, cleanliness, daytime front staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast choices good Coffee could be stronger! food area very clean and conveniently located.

the outside room I stayed in one night was clean, but I didn’t feel safe because of conditions of the entrance door and lock. i’m older and alone and did not feel safe. The young lady at front desk the following morning listened to my concerns and moved me to inside room. the rest of my stay I was very comfortable and felt safe.

The location is fantastic for the price, within 5 minutes of Seaquest (our main reason for going) and within 15 minutes of any attraction/restaurant we visited. The breakfast was fresh and filling in the morning. The hotel was very clean and well lit, which made me feel safer. We didn't hear any of the surrounding rooms, which is VERY nice. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Shower pressure was perfect!

I can't really think of anything. My daughter wasn't a fan of the orange juice in the morning, but everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the convenience of a first-floor room was a blessing. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate, and the breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, right off the highway and midway between the campus of Liberty University and the house where my granddaughter, who is an LU student, resides.

Great staff. Our first room had an issue,we reported it and almost immediately the technician responded. After he evaluated the problem, he suggested we be moved to another room, which we were. Though it is not a $500- $1000 dollar a night hotel, the customer service and care of the property elevates your whole experiance. It's a central location with wonderful amenities. It's always our favorite placee for family and friends to stay.

Everything about this place was great i enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.I stayed for a week and it was a very comfortable stay and they made it convenient for me to book extra days.

The guest in the other room was alil loud but i was able to correct that issue

It's centrally located and has always been a good travel experiance for my family and I.

Just a suggestion- the rooms on the back side need to have curbs installed as this will prevent water from seeping into the rooms during heavy rains. It would be very cost effective and spare you mold and carpet damage in the long run.

The cleanliness of the room. Everything worked (lights, outlets, TV, etc.) The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. We could not hear other people.

The vending machines only took cash. Ended up having to drive to the gas station up the road since the vending machines didn't have an option to take cards.

We were bringing a student to Liberty. This hotel was close to campus, but less expensive than others. We needed a place to sleep for 1 night. For that purpose, this hotel was great.

The gravy at breakfast had an unusual taste. More options would be nice. Wish there were packets of oatmeal and more muffin options.

We had to be in town on Friday and had things to do on Saturday so it was no need to come home and go back the next day. It was the first good night sleep I have had in a month!
