Location and exterior were nice. The inside was worn and decor, and style old. Very dated on the inside. The curtains in my room had been ripped down. Apparently no one knew how to put them back up. I had to stand in a chair and realign the curtain pins and then put them in the proper spot. The room was mostly clean but needed to be dusted. The decor style was very old and dated. Needs a refresh.

Everything was awesome. I'm ready to come back. Even my husband wanted to stay another night.

The housekeepers on the 3p going home shift were a little rude. Blocked the kitchen area which was closed but you can get coffee which was close. Three of them blocked entrance when I make the coffee was coming out then I went outside and my coffee smoked a cigarette came back I stayed in room 128 they blocked the entrance for me to get down the hall they were very rude they didn't say I'm sorry excuse me I moved or anything that was the only thing I didn't like the tall older lady Short afro salt and pepper hair as you wear glasses and two young ones was with us about 2:33 p.m. that really annoyed me I didn't like it cuz I've seen other people going there and get coffee after the kitchen was closed it made me feel like I was not welcome anymore

The staff here is fantastic. Good folks who do what they can to accommodate any requests you might make. It's pretty quiet for the most part. Since I need handicapped accessible accommodations they do their best to make sure I am comfortable. Breakfast here is fabulous as well. Plenty of offerings for just about anyone. Including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and choice of meats. Definitely a high point as most places only offer minimal options. There is an elevator as well as 3 entry points to the hotel.

Sadly we were woken by police looking for someone in the middle of the night. A while later there was also a loud argument in the hallway. The first issue kept me awake for quite awhile. Thankfully the showers here are wonderful too. So I took a shower to help me destress from that incident.

The place is good, a few restaurants in less than 10 miles, friendly staff.

The rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. They do have those half size pillows but there were enough to stack. Checking in and out was simple. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options with friendly staff keeping food bins filled. Location was good and right off 29. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Room entry doors are heavy and slam when closing so have to hold that to close softly. It's not a big deal but that's the only noise you hear is the slamming doors. :)

Location to family event. Highway accessible. Timely and good customer service.

The room(s) need more strategically placed WALL lighting. The dark walls/entry make the room dark (even with all lights turned on).

I really like staying here, but the property needs an upgrade. I will never book with booking.com again. They stole my money and promised to pay me back and never did.

We love this hotel, it's clean, staff is awesome as well. We always stay here when in the area. Breakfast here is always fabulous too, with a great variety of options to please just about anyone.

On our last stay the police were across the hall banging on a door. Sadly, this went on for about 45 minutes. Nothing the hotel could do, so I don't blame them. Cops just seem to be very inconvenient.

All the attractions available to us, the pool, workout room, breakfast, towels for the pool. Clean towels during our stay, the washer and dryer, ice machine, cleanliness of everything.

There was no decent TV service to look at. TV stayed on same channel for our entire stay.

The Friendly, Helpful staff. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the breakfast was amazing. Coffee was delicious.
