I like everything about this hotel. It was a great location, especially since I'm not from the area. The staff was friendly, and I did the online check-in, which was a breeze. The room was clean and the most comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was the best of any hotel I have stayed in during my travels. I will definitely stay here again when in this area.

My only dislike was the entrance is on a hill where cars pop over the hill, and you can not see them until it's too late. You really have to be extra careful entering and exiting the place.

The room was a nice size and really liked the layout. The closet with the drawers and shelf opposite was excellent. Loved the fact that you have a shower and not a tub. Thank you thank you for having plenty of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Finally, a hotel does it right! Large shower with good water pressure.

Not much variety at breakfast; no fruit. Sometimes coffee was not ready and no creamer. Why do hotels never have a fan in the bathroom? This causes the room to steam up when showers are taken, which in turn causes the rest of the hotel room to be musty and it never really airs out. This contributes to mold and musty smells.

Hotel had a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Staff was friendly supportive and attended to any requests, all of them! Gym was in great shape Hotel is very clean Hot breakfast with a variety of menu options was great. The grocery shopping service was the best

Pool was closed for the season kind of early. The water was not looking great and staff reported it needed to be treated. It was advertised on line that the hotel had bikes to loan and to use on local trails. This is one of the reasons I booked with Residence Inn at Lynchburg. Sadly, there were no bicycles. Hotel is not in a neighborhood where walking is easy or even safe. Your kind of bound to rely on Uber or rent a car.

The beds in this overnight accommodation are luxurious! Our first stay I liked the bathroom better but the beds were perfect after a very long laborious day of work. The guy at the front desk for both visits was exceptionall hospitality wise. We work in hospitality and I would hire him or someone with skills and character like him and we have a very high standard for hospitality. He was phenomenal. I don’t remember his name but he had long red hair (tied back)

Located across from the mall and conviently located near Liberty U and restaurants. Booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious! Cozy lobby area to do some work and get out of the room. Front staff was very nice.

Honestly, there isn't anything I could think of. They didn't have extra sheets for the pullout bed already in the room but that's not a big deal.

The room was large and very clean. Great little kitchen - though we didn't use/need it - it was a wonderful addition. Hotel was a very quick walk across the street to a mall. Hotel had very nice outdoor seating near the pool with firepit, seating and overhanging lights.

Nothing that we didn't like

Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Fast check in. Good location. Easy to find a parking space. We had a nice time at the pool. Close to Appomattox and Natural Bridge.

Tatoos on the staff. Dog hair all over the couch. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Didn't like that there was no shower door--water sprayed on the bathroom floor getting the bath mat wet.
