We loved the room size, location and cleanliness. It was perfect for our family during our visit to Lynchburg. I appreciated feeling safe during our stay.

The lighting was great but would have appreciated a door on the bathroom sink area so that I could get ready without waking up my family in the morning. Also, I wish there would have been outlets on both sides of each bed. The beds were really hard squeaky.

King room was nice. It was nice for me and kids to have separate spaces since they stayed on the pull out bed. The mini kitchen was great too. Plus, was the free breakfast each day.

The heated pool was broken. It was freezing cold, and my kids were so disappointed because the indoor pool was a main reason for staying here. They claimed they were waiting on a part. They did allow us to go to the neighboring hotel to swim in their heated pool to make up for it. Our tub was missing a stopper so my kids couldn't take a bath the first night. The hotel staff found us a stopper by the second day.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Most of our party was located on the same floor. Most of our party took advantage of the breakfast.

I did not like the fire alarm at 7:30 Saturday morning. I did like that the fire alarm was sensitive enough to pick up burned toast. It is also a testament to the breakfast when the firemen stayed and ate breakfast. :-)

Breakfast had a large variety and everything was kept stocked in a timely manner.

I would recommend a second waffle maker. The party in front of us had 6 children and they all wanted waffles, so a you can imagine, we didn't have time to get waffles. Also, the bathroom was too small.

Clean and good proximity to Liberty for sports

It did not have the Fox channel. It was scrambled for some reason and so we could not watch our baseball game. We had to go to a bar to watch it. The front desk didn’t know about this. They also didn’t know you had a TV in the breakfast area.

Always a pleasure staying here from thr moment you check in, to breakfast in the morning and when you come and go everyone greets you so warmly...

Staff, location, room were great!

Kitchen was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was a cup stain on the table. Also the bathroom sink faucet was loose.

I loved the staff and the hotel entirely. It was more than we expected. The morning desk clerk and breakfast staff were amazing. They were so polite, helpful and genuine. We had the "bedroom" room and the space and cleanliness of the room was surprising. We've stayed at way more pricier hotels and this by far exceeded expectations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The only thing that could have been better was the pool entry. We stepped outside for a moment and wasn't able to use our room key for entry from outside.

The layout of the room was great, the kitchen was very nice, and overall the room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was not as good as it could have been, and it was hard to navigate the breakfast area when the hotel was busy. The quality of the food and selection could have been better for the price of the hotel.
