We celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary at this hotel. Nice small hotel on the river bank. The view from the room was into the courtyard, so it’s not particularly romantic!)) Overall, everything was ok, except the breakfast.

Breakfast was cold and very meager: cold cuts and cheese slices, pastries. Optionally, one boiled egg and one cup of coffee were offered. We have never seen such breakfasts in four-star hotels. Could you please add an omelette and add a coffee machine. And we will come back to you again. Thank you!

The breakfast was, typical, and good, but nothing too special. ( no toaster). Staff made excellent coffee! I loved the location and the 45 minute walk along the river to the old town, and a shorter walk to the art galleries. Fun beer garden in the good weather. Excellent food in the dining room. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Rooms getting a little tired, but this is probably reflected in the price. My husband and I loved it. I would go back. Go!!

The location on the river is great, very friendly staff. We had one of the best meals at the hotel restaurant and even found a South African wine which we were very impressed with.

The property is a bit of a drive from the city or alternative restaurants, but the reception clerk gave us a map and guided on best routes and parking.

We arrived to the hotel during the Christmas season, which was all decorated and illuminated with magnificent lights. The hotel is located away from the city so it is quiet with the charm of an outdoor courtyard on the banks of the river. The rooms are big and very clean. The crew very welcoming and plesent. Free parking.

The reception is until 23:00 for us it was ok.

People can make the difference or not! This was a 5***** experience and the staff is outstanding great! The check in was fast, heartful and professional! The restaurant executive manager and his staff created a personal experience that stays for long time in my head! I made a good and profitable business deal and these guys played a huge role not knowing they are - the atmosphere !

The bed was very very comfortable! Interior design with the art decoration was incredible. A lovely restaurant with amazing food and great service! It’s really nice to walk along the river too! And free parking is amazing!

I think it said the rooms were sound proof but we could hear the noise from the reception area from inside our room.

The Charlotte suite has a lovely view of the river from one window. the other two with unfortunate views of garbage bins. if they were placed behind a screen ot would be better. Yet still a lovely place I'd happily return to .

Beautiful surroundings, delightful art and architecture. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a lovely surprise. Food was exquisite, and while busy the restaurant staff extremely attentive.

There was a dault with one of the windows in the suite, however staff were extremely helpful and arranged a repair immediately.

The hotel was situated about 20 minutes' walk from central Frankfurt, but we didn't go into the city as we were only staying overnight en route to elsewhere. There are restaurants very nearby. The room had a view of the river. The breakfast was excellent! There was plenty of parking in the hotel grounds.

Would be good to have a smoke free bar as we couldn't stay too long in bar as just a small area a very smokey, I guess we are used to the Australian free bars.
