The Staff was very nice the cleaning staff was very polite. The front desk was help.

when I checked out I didn't check my receipt Wow I did look at it I had 2 family members 1 night stay on my bill?? I had to call and get all that straightened up that was a Hassell and still don't understand why the 1st night was a different price than the 2nd night it didn't make sense it was a Wednesday and Thursday??? My granddaughter plays Basketball at Purdue Northwest is why we were in town but we're not staying there again too expensive!!!

We had a wonderful stay! After a long flight, we were grateful to be able to check in early, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight—different each morning with a great variety, including fresh fruit. The staff was accommodating, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again! Take an Uber to the train station and ride to downtown Chicago. That was great!

I came to run into Chicago first, and then bicycle the great trails for which Munster is a hub. Trip into Chicago was quick and interesting and I had enough time to bicycle while I was there--then came back and found two new trails in Munster! Staff very upbeat about safety (I was able to leave my bike on its rack on the car); lady helping with breakfast was a doll and very helpful. Location great. Loved the innovation of the pump bottle amenities for the shower.

When we arrived, somehow the Inn had not been informed that we needed a roll away bed. They told me they didn't even have roll away beds. When I explained that I had requested one and had received notification that I would get one, the Hampton Inn went above and beyond by providing us with a larger room that included 2 queens and a hide-a-bed. I was very pleased with their service.

Convenient location. Staff very kind, helpful, and accommodating (the ones that spoke English)

Do not like the paper products: Toilet paper and kleenex were gas station grade, very thin. One maid who did not speak English just smiled at me and held her phone in my face. After I did request an extra pillow on her phone she nodded yes, but never brought one.

This property was great for my family. It’s in a great location just minutes from the highway and dining. There’s a park across the street where my son was able to play when we had free time.  The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were never crowded. The breakfast could’ve been better with a few more options but glad that it’s included.

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the property, just keep in mind that there is a deposit, which was not really noted in the booking information. Normally it’s in the breakdown of the total cost before confirming your reservation.

There was good breakfast options, something slightly different every morning to appease to different taste buds! The hot water was phenomenal!!

Lack of towels when needed(pool/room) but we were informed that there was a shortage and we'd receive some ASAP. The elevator sounded a bit creaky, but nothing happened so I assume all maintenance was in good condition.

Staff was exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean, all items functioned well. Very pleased with continental breakfast and 24 available coffee. Very close to family and outside services.

I can't think of a true negative to speak of.

Location was perfect for my work situation Saturday morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. To ensure overnight hours remained quiet, they have you sign a disclaimer with information agreeing to the quiet hour terms. Not a problem for me since the next day was going to be long. Guests were very quiet too!

Amanda, Michele, and Edith were all exceptional. Well informed, knowledgeable and friendly.

On this visit there were some issues with the internet that the property was trying to remedy.
