It is located in a quiet part of town, close to the old town. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The hotel was perfect in every respect: the meals, drinks, the pleasant, soft music, the helpful and very nice staff, cleanliness, etc. The view from the roof and from the room is amazing. It is a very good choice in terms of value for money, I definitely recommend it to those who do not like the "tourist factory" of the Sunny Beach! Thank you for everything, we hope to come back again!

I loved literally everything about this hotel. My room was spacious and beautifully designed. The view from the terrace was spectacular- I could see the whole lagoon and the old Nessebar town, which looked so beautiful in the evening with all the lights. My bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a coffee machine in my room, besides all the regular items like fridge, safe, iron etc. Staff at the reception, both bars and the kitchen was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I really felt I’ve been taken care of. Food was delicious, with plenty options of drinks and cocktails. Location is perfect too - sea is right next to the hotel, and the old Nessebar town is approximately in 5 minutes walking distance.

Amazing location, great food (probably the best I’ve tried in a hotel), clean rooms, comfy beds, very nice rooftop pool with an astonishing view of the old city and the sea.

There was no parking available. I was informed that there are only 15 parking spots in the hotel and this means that most likely you won’t get a spot. Be prepared to pay 12 BGN per night at a nearby paid parking (uncovered).

It was probably the best vacation we've had at the seaside, this hotel was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect, about 5-6 minutes walk to Nessebar beach, there's also a smaller, wild beach just downhill from the hotel. We had a beautiful lateral view of the golf, they also have rooms with direct view to the sea but your balcony will be in full sun almost all day. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. Beds were huge. Small drying rack on the balcony for drying your beach towels. Good A/C, also fridge in the room and iron with ironing board. The pool is on the roof, looked good but we didn't use it, as we preferred the beach. Plenty of choices for mealtime, unless you're very picky you're going to find something to eat. Every night there's a different theme for dinner, for me the Balcanic and Asian were the best. Decent wine included for lunch and dinner, also long drinks at the Sky Bar, I've tried a few and they were ok. Loved some of the desserts, also the veggies were so full of flavour. Would definitely choose again for future vacation.

Small things, like the containers for soap and shower gel are a bit outdated, maybe a new coat of paint here and some wallpaper that comes off there, so definitely there's a need for some renovations, but it didn't bother us too much, as we had such a lovely stay. If you come by car parking is 8 leva/day, not included.

the location was perfect, near a small public beach and very close to the old town, the sea view from the room was fantastic, large balcony and spacious room, very clean, modern and comfortable. the all inclusive had a good variety of food, plenty to choose from, lots of fresh salads, fruits, cheeses and spreads. the sky bar and cocktails were also fun. big thanks to the little birthday surprise the hotel sneaked up to my room, the gesture was greatly appreciated!

we were offered a complimentary a la carte dinner (I think because our stay was for more a week) but it was a very disappointing food experience, hope it was just a bad night for the cook as we've read positive reviews about it. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, it would be useful to have a net on the balcony door (since we enjoyed sleeping with it open to hear the waves) but we've easily resolved the problem with bug spray. Also, the automatic light on from the balcony that cannot be turned off is a bit annoying.

The room was newly renovated: brand new shower, comfortable beds, AC working properly and a nice balcony. It was spacious and clean as well. Staff was very welcoming and kind from the moment we stepped inside the hotel. They listened to our wishes regarding room choice and parking. I would say that management of the hotel together with the staff definitely contributed to us having a lovely stay. Tons of food options and thematic evenings. For example, I don’t eat fish but they had enough alternatives so I was satisfied. Amazing dessert buffet, daily cakes that were changing flavor multiple times during one sitting. Good range of beverages included in the all inclusive menu. The facilities were also nice: gaming room, gym, sky bar and pool with a breathtaking view. They also had a spa and massage services, but we unfortunately didn’t have the time to try it. I am very happy with my stay and I would definitely recommend it. Location is a big plus as it is between the old and new Neasebar and we could walk everywhere Thank you for having us

Nothing we didn’t like, but I would like to suggest adding disposable slippers into the room so we don’t have to use our outside shoes when stepping in and out of room to the balcony. It would help with keeping sand and dirt away

Friendly staff, large room, effective AC, good mix of facilities throghout the hotel, very good food (which is great for an all inclusive), nice location within walking distance to the old town and the beach, sky bar with a great view, reasonable drinks package in all inclusive + reasonably priced premium drinks, evening entertainment (which i don't personally enjoy, but others do). Special mention for a ginger tomcat who frequently visited us :) (1st floor)

Nothing bad in particular. Everything seems either a bit worn out or of below average quality. It doesn't feel like a 4* hotel, but then again, our stay was good anyway. The price is ok considering food quality, but food is generally inexpensive in the area, and so I'm not sure all inclusive makes a lot of sense. There are beautiful places to eat out in the old town. At a similar price tag you could probably stay in a 3* accomodation in most European cities. So I think it was a fair price for peak season, but not a bargain.

Everything is exceptional! The rooms are renovated, very clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The hotel has an excellent location – situated between the Old Town and the New Town of Nessebar, providing easy access to attractions and the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop pool offers a relaxing place to unwind. The food is tasty and varied. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort by the sea!

The room was very clean and had all the amenities you might need. It does not have a private beach, but it is very close to the Nesebar beach (10 minutes at most) and is also right next to a small beach (without sunbeds). Within walking distance of the old city. The staff was always nice and helpful. The food was really good in general. Some theme nights were really delicious, others could have done better on the food choices. The all-inclusive drinks were also quite OK, even the alcoholic ones. Has an underground parking garage and some outside parking (right in front of the hotel).

Since the pool is on the roof, there were many pigeons that were staying on the roof. One morning, I saw them bathing in the pool and making a lot of mess in the water, it made me not want to get even close to the pool anymore. Maybe something could be done to deter the birds and keep the pool clean. While the overall experience was very positive, the fact that you had to pay a daily fee to use the room safety deposit box was exaggerated, I have not seen that before and was disappointed.
