The shuttle transportation was very efficient and timely, the staff was polite and professional
There's no food if you arrive after 10 pm and you need to go out at night in the dark heading somewhere you can find food which is risky if you're not with family.

The staff was amazing. They helped with good accommodation and made us feel welcome all the time. Breakfast excellent. Good personnel and always checking on everything. The location is a good one for tourism and good restaurants nearby. In addition, treated our pet good with the best attitude towards us in general.
It did not have a good view and parking. Still helped us with parking at the hotel.

They have free airport shuttle, which is very convenient.
There were not shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in the bathroom. Also no body cream or hand cream!. There is only one elevator, which is not enought considering it is a 12-floors hotel. So I had to use stairs many times to avoid long waiting time.

The location it was the best.
They don’t have phone in the room for the service with the front desk. They give the room card and you have to placed in the slat next to the switch to get the lights on if you take the card out you lights will go off. Also they don’t have any fan or ac in the room and they only provided one roll of toilet paper. We are a family of 3 they only give you two towels.

The breakfaat was ok. You are not allowed to serve food yourself, it is done for you.
The night we checked in, the staff was nice. Upon arrival you will be asked if you would like something to drink. Your bags will be taken to your room for you. The next day in the morning service, the staff, especially reception, is not so nice. You are not allowed to take a visit to your room from the morning service staff while you are paying. Very unkind.
