The location is perfect, the staff extremely nice, the cozy lobby, and many amenities. The room is perfect for long stays, comfortable, and large enough for a 4-member family. The Wi-Fi is good, there are many restaurants around Parque de la 93, and you can walk around the area, which seems very secure. The staff makes you feel at home and knows you by name on the first day. Breakfast is early enough for flights and early risers and very complete.

I had some difficulty getting into the bathtub (it is high), but you get used to it.

We stayed in a first-class suite, where both the housekeeping and front desk teams were exceptionally professional, friendly, and hard-working. The room featured high-quality L’Occitane amenities, which added to the overall luxury of our stay. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, contributing to a restful atmosphere. Overall, this has been the best experience of our South American tour so far.

It is worth noting that the breakfast policy could be improved. Currently, only children under the age of 3 receive a discount; children above this age are charged the full adult price, even if they eat very little. In contrast, other hotels we visited over the past two weeks—such as Sheraton, Hilton, and Marriott—offered a 50% discount for children under 12.

The suites were really great 👍 very espacius, and we all facilities. The location algo was really good 😊 we love it 🥰

I miss in the room fresh water to drink, or a place in the hotel where the guests can refill a bottle of water.

This was a very modern and clean Apt/Hotel with excellent rooms. I stayed in 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with kitchen and living room and balcony. The size of the Apt/Hotel was perfect for 2 to 3 people. The staff at the hotel are EXCELLENT!!! Great service when needed. They hotel is in one of the best areas in Bogota near many fantastic restaurants, bars and more. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

1 of the employees at the breakfast service seemed disinterested in providing good service but that did not ruin my great breakfast and the rest of my stay. Over all the staff at the hotel are excellent and I highly recommend and am very glad I stayed at the Apt/hotel.

This is an amazing place to stay in Bogotá. We had a big, very comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable; there were blackout blinds and it was very quiet. There was a fantastic buffet breakfast and staff were very helpful. The area is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars and felt safe to wander about at night. We used uber to get to the sights in candelaria and centro which worked well.

Everything! This place is an absolute gem. We were nervous about accommodations in Bogota given we were traveling with our 4 and 2 year old. From the pick up at the airport, to the drop off after our stay, this hotel exceeded all expectations. They truly made us feel at home. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in many years of international travel. The location is perfect, property is fantastic, and the people are the absolute best. We will be talking about our stay here for many years to come, and hope to be back soon. Thank you all!!!

Great location to walk around to restaurants close by. Very helpfull and friendly staff. We liked our room and the space we had for our family of four.

We had asked for 2 single beds and 1 king and got 1 kig and 1 queen bed, which is really to small for 2 (European) teenagers together. But they were very kind to put an extra single bed in, but make sure to check before arriving.

For the price of the property, high by Bogota, and very expensive for Colombia, there could have been more included kitchen items, oil, spices, coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap. They charge for coffee pods. I travel all over and can’t think that I have paid for coffee pods in room at a nice hotel or apartment.

The location of the hotel is perfect. A few steps away from 93 park and all the surrounding stores, bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Having an apartment for a family is always a great advantage. The staff on the main desk are always very attentive to all your needs and questions during your stay.

Exhibition of products with price tags in every single bathroom of the apartment. Even though is useful in case you have forgotten something, I found it too much.

Clean and well maintained. However, at check out was told about unexpected charges: we were told we ate the chocolates from the mini bar and for a stained towel that was not ours. We refused and were told to sign a paper to settle the charges. Very awkward
