93 Luxury Suites is located in a great neighbourhood, close to many restaurants, but just far enough away to be relatively quiet. Our suite wasn't quite ready when we arrived, so we were directed to the lobby bar, where we were treated to any welcome drink we could think of. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and well equipped, with both bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food options. The hotel arranged for a large Mercedes transit van at a very reasonable price to take the four of us to the airport as we departed. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.

The master bedroom had a step-up tub/shower that could prove very difficult to access for someone without a good deal of agility.

The suites were incredibly beautiful and spacious. The bathrooms were filled with luxury products, and the rooms were comfortable. Overall a wonderful place to stay, and I would have loved to stay longer.

The only reason I am not giving a 10: there was supposed to be a cheap laundry room in the basement and optional expensive access to a laundry machine in the room. However, the basement room was closed for the duration of our stay. We had specifically booked this place BECAUSE it had laundry as we were coming from a multiday rainforest tour, so this was frustrating to hear upon arrival. Even if we wanted to use the machine in the room, apparently it had limited drying capability. Thankfully, one of the concierges took our clothes down to a dryer that we didn't have access to and dried our clothes for us, but it was disappointing that we still had to pay for the higher laundry rate in the room given that we would have used the downstairs laundry if available.

We loved everything since the very first moment. After a long trip (we were traveling with a 2 years old kid and a 6 month baby), we had welcoming drinks in the bar and they helped us a lot with all our needs (huge luggage, hiring private city tour, etc). The room had everything we needed and super comfortable for our family. Special mention to the personnel, all of them, without exception, were marvelous. We will surely come back and highly recommend it!

The hotel staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were in mint condition and everything seems to be thought to the detail which I found very pleasant. The overall service is unbelievably good.

The restaurant made a huge mess the only time I wanted their service, what they did was beyond disappointing. However, as it wasn’t an essential part of my stay, I won’t discredit the hotel per se.

As a frequent guest with many stays over the last 6 years it's nice to see they're continually updating and upgrading the property and the rooms. Still with the attention to detail that I have been used to over the years. Thank you to the entire staff I always feel like I'm coming home when I arrive in Bogota at the property

The location was perfect for me - 1 min walking from my office and several restaurants around. Breakfast was very good as well and the staff very friendly. The room was extremely spacious as well - it was more like a 1-bedroom apartment.

The rooms have no central heating and Bogotá tends to be always cold. I requested a heater multiple times and nothing was provided.

Robinson and overall service

there is confusion with the kitchen and serving staff. The front desk says breakfast service ends at 10:00am. The kitchen people at 9:50 were putting food away and would not seat three different groups of people and sent me away with attitude. So desk made it understood they they would serve people past 10am with you were there. a couple kitchen staff (servers) were visually angry that people arrived.

Excellent value. The apartment was good sized with 2 bedrooms (one en suite, and one small one with a hall bathroom) and a living / kitchen area. The huge windows let in tons of light. The bar and restaurant in the lobby were convenient and we loved having a full kitchen. Easily walk to countless restaurants and a nice park.

There are two bar stools but there's no proper dining area. Since we were four, we couldn't easily eat together in the room. The huge windows were great for light, but on the third floor the view was into a construction site. It wasn't loud, though.

One of the best places we have stayed, and we travel a lot. The staff is 10 plus, friendly cordial and so pleasant. Very well trained. Beautiful hotel, with a great location, and very spacious rooms. This is a Ritz Carton-type property without the price! We felt very at home here.
