During my recent stay, I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of hospitality and the overall comfort of the property. The front desk staff deserves special recognition. They were some of the friendliest, most welcoming individuals I’ve met while traveling. They made check-in smooth, answered questions with a smile, and truly set the tone for a positive stay. The guest room itself was excellent—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room refreshingly cool, which was much appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect balance of support and softness for a restful night’s sleep. One small detail I noticed was the absence of a microwave in the room. While not a dealbreaker, having one would have been a convenient addition for reheating leftovers or preparing quick snacks. Overall, I have no complaints about my stay. This trip was spontaneous, and I was fortunate to find such a great deal on such a quality hotel. It exceeded my expectations in many ways, and I left feeling relaxed and satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. I will absolutely consider booking again for future trips.

No mircowave

The front desk staff was so incredibly nice and they made me feel very welcome. I loved the staff at breakfast as well - such sweet and kind ladies! The rooms are spacious and decently clean, it’s a big hotel but the exits are convenient and you can park relatively close to your room, no matter where it is located. There are convenient outlets for phone chargers and the showers are very hot which I appreciate. Decently comfortable beds, and the location is great + free parking is a big plus. Loved the Beekman cosmetics available in the rooms during my stay.

The rooms are a little bit outdated and as much as I wouldn’t mind that, they do have a musty smell a little bit. Nothing crazy though. The biggest downside was the shower, besides it being hot which I loved, everything in the shower was very loose, to the point that the water wouldn’t go down unless I would physically hold up the water stopper. I also saw silverfish in the bathrooms, not a big problem for me but don’t get scared when you see something move and don’t leave your clothes on the floor during shower.

Very nice hotel close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The room was good size with a nice view of downtown from the second floor room. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows, it was a bit "noisy" though just as an FYI. There was a coffee pot and mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. The shower had very good water pressure. Other than the two very good restaurants on site and the bar, the best thing was probably the breakfast buffet. It included eggs, pattie sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and fried potatoes along with special order omelets and waffles. This will be my go-to hotel if I'm ever back in Little Rock.

In town for the Little Rock Marathon and it was the perfect location!! I actually live not too far away, but had friends traveling from out of town and we chose to stay at this location because of the easy walk to the convention center just over the Main Street bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great! Easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely utilize this hotel again and recommend to friends! By the way, the steakhouse is amazing even though we didn’t get to eat there this weekend-only because we met friends at another restaurant. The best steak in the city in my opinion!

Additionally, the hotel ensures ample parking for its guests, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the room to be quite noisy, with sounds from outside almost as if they were inside with me. While it was evident that some features had been updated, the overall infrastructure felt outdated, which was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast at The Wyndham was very good.. The buffet was inviting having many items available to select . The Black Lady who prepared the Omelettes did so very well. Very tasty and savory, not oily or over done. The staff was really good . The coffee in the room was excellent.

It seemed as thought the room service was mediocre. I ask them to check my room after the first night . No service. The next day , I asked again and they placed a pile of towels and some bars of soap on the spare bed. I only need a few towels replaced that I had neatly folded on the bathroom floor near the door. We like to tip people but, they weren’t friendly 🤷🏾 Front Desk was great. 👍🏽

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast buffet was awesome. All of the employees that I encountered were friendly and good at their jobs. The location was convenient for our needs.

The hotel is huge. We needed a map to get to our room. It wasn't an issue for my group but if my parents had been with me it would have been a bit difficult. I'm only mentioning so others with accessibility needs are aware. One of the exterior doors was broken so it was propped open.

Everything! We were greeted by Jennifer, who was an absolute pleasure. She had the best personality and smile and gave us all the valuable information we needed. The room we walked into was pristine and just as described. The lobby bar was a big hit.... the drinks, the food, and the service. The shuttle dropped us off right at the front entrance of the arena which was great due to the rainy weather. The walk back was safe and a very short distance. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast, which is something you don't want to miss if you choose to stay here. It was phenomenal, and so was the staff. This will be our go-to place for sure!

There's absolutely nothing that we didn't like!

This accommodation was such a pleasant surprise. Honestly, as this was just a stopover for us on the way to San Marcos, TX, I did not look at reviews or info about this hotel beforehand. First, it is located in the city but has a private feel. I noticed there was a group of pilots and stewardesses from one of the largest airlines staying here (they were coming in right before we arrived.) The hotel sits next to a river, and the city lights outside our window at night were pretty. The entire building - which is much larger inside than expected - is exceptionally clean. I can be a bit picky about cleanliness, and the tile floors were shining, I did not see obvious dust, our beds were very clean and comfortable (we get 2 beds when traveling) and everything was where it should be (extra towels, washcloths in fan shape, plenty of TP, shampoos, conditioner and body wash dispensers had plenty...) The carpet in the halls had very distinct geometric patterns and colors and was very clean. There's a piano in the lobby with an attached, long atrium that stretches across the front of the hotel. It had plants and trees, with tables and chairs to sit, eat, or to just relax and have a drink. The restaurant is rated #1 in the area by a well-known travel app, and there is a Benihana restaurant on the premises as well! I was so excited about this because I had not been to a Benihana in years (it is a steak and sushi eatery where 8 people are seated around a hibachi table, and a personal chef cooks your meal in front of you.) My husband had never been to this famous eating chain! So, we had a late supper there, and the food and meats were tender and delicious. Our table chef was very nice and an excellent cook. My steak was perfection. Then, after a great sleep, the shower was great/not weak like some can be. We went to the buffet breakfast, and it was one of the best cooked hotel breakfast offerings we've seen (and we have been in many countries and hotels.

For breakfast, they only had 1 coffee - no decaf. We like half decaf, half regular coffee, so we can have 2 cups. They need to carry stevia sweetener, which is much healthier than the blue and pink artificial sweeteners. As you can see, there were only small details missing.

The facility was literally across the street to Dickey-Stephens Ball Field, which made it perfect to go watch the Arkansas Travelers play baseball. We were shuttled to Skinny JJ's restaurant by the hotel and then chose to walk back. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt completely safe in the area and parking at the hotel was super easy. The breakfast buffet was yummy!

The bathrooms shower head was a little loose but it wasn't a major problem at all. And it would have been nice to have had a hot tub to enjoy after the game.
