Excellent location near the Railway and Coach stations, as well as for local transport including the airport bus. Functional well sound proofed airconditioned accommodation, with small kitchenette including hub and microwave. Basic cleaning material also provided. A couple of supermarkets and a good choice of fast food places and cafes nearby. The town centre is about 20 minutes' walk down a nice palm trees lined avenue.

The rooms are on a smaller size and the carpet in some rooms shows signs of heavy usage and needs replacing.

Good location directly opposite the TGV station entrance and around a 20 min walk to the historical centre. Good to have basic kitchen but we didn’t use it much as this was only a one night stay ahead of an early flight. Good shower. The man on reception when we arrived was super helpful and friendly.

Kettle would be good in addition to or instead of a coffee machine but maybe that’s just a British thing 😂and there was a hob and microwave. We arrived on a Sunday evening and found not much in the immediate area in the way of places to eat or supermarkets but the hotel can arrange pizzas and sells ice creams

We arrived in the city late in the evening by bus, so the main plus of this hotel is its close location to the train station and bus station. We got into the building quickly and without problems. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was nice. I was also very pleased with the coffee maker and capsules for it. In general, everything was very good.

The deposit policy is a bit strange for me, in other hotels they also took my credit card, but nothing was debited from it. But after the check-out the money was returned, everything is fine here.

Easy to get into, secure parking in basement, breakfast available in morning. It is clean and the bed a sofa bed gave a decent night's sleep. If I had been self catering the cooking area was sparse, but we were eating out and only wanted a snack and coffee, so it was it was more than sufficient. I'll probably stay there again as it's a convenient spot on way to a regular holiday destination.

While very convenient for railway station, it is a short walk to tourist sites. It is a functional clean building but soulless

The room is quite spacious and very clean. The little kitchen provides what is needed. The coffe maker and the capsules are provided. The windows are soundproof. Overall, a pleasant room to get back to, after you walked all around the city.

Check in at 4:00 PM 🤨, can be anticipated but at a 15euro charge. You can use the kitchen, but if you leave dirty dishes behind, you get charged. These additional fees are disproportionate and irritating.

I've stayed at this hotel for 1 night due to the fact that I've travelled with the 1st TGV to Paris the next morning. The reception gave me short instructions at my arrival and a recommendation for dinner at the restaurant close to the hotel. (I've tried it as as I've also heared from another person that this restaurant is very good ...and that was also the case.) My room was clean, had much space and a very clean and propper bathroom. Can absolutely recommand this hotel as is it so close to the central station and this was the most important thing for me. You can walk within 15-20 minutes to visit the old part of Perpignan during the day (can warmly recommand).

There is a kitchen, albeit a very small one. The room has AC and a balcony. The room itself is however very small and if you want to eat inside, the space is very limited. There is a public parking place right next to the hotel and the location is great.

The bathroom wasn't that clean and the shower was disgusting, really. There was rust all over the shower and it looked like nobody gave it a proper cleaning in a long time. Also, the kitchen wasn't really that well-equipped, there was just one pot and one pan, which were impossible to fit on the very small stove together. Moreover, the pan was so crooked you couldn't really cook anything on it, because it was warm only in one place which was touching the stove. Also, on booking, the place claims they have parking available, but you have to book it beforehand and you pay a substantial fee for it and we found it wasn't really worth it, since there is a public parking place for good price and you can literally watch your car from the balcony.

Just across the road from Perignan Railway Station and Bus Station which will get you anywhere worth going to . .... Room is very clean and spacious with an handy Kitchennette Reception is open 24/7 and the staff could speak English and were helpful. All the night life was a 20 minute walk or 5 minute frequent and cheap bus rode away but there was Lidl about 100 yards away fpr snack

Perpignan itself was not for me as it too busy . I had been in Carcassonne before and that was much more tranquil Would use this hotel again as a base to explore the Pyrannees region

Would have liked a kettle and toaster in the kitchenette. Windows needs cleaning outside. No cleaning service during short stays. Some units are quite small for longer stays but ok for a night or two.

Great hotel. I like that it's close to the bus and train station, although a bit far away from the city center. The room itself is pretty big, and comes with a small kitchen, which is pretty nice. The bathroom was comfortable, everything was fine.

You have to pay a deposit upon arrival to ensure you don't leave the room behind in a mess. While I understand that this might be necessary, it wasn't obvious to me when booking. For some people this could be an issue.
