We have been to Finca Los Llanos many times because we think it is in a superb location, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent

We were disappointed with the 'superior room' we were initially allocated as despite its having a balcony which is the key critertion for this categorisation the room and double bed were smallish and the decor was a bit tired. Maybe this room does not deserve the 'superior' categorisation. We were very happy with the excellent room we were finally allocated. The meal we had on Sunday evening was very poorly prepared prabably because there was also a very large group being served and maybe because it was Sunday. The vegetable medley was oversalted and unattractively prepared and the cod was not adequately cooked. We think in future the a la carte option may be better for us when larger groups are visiting.

Great location (a couple of mins walk to centre of town and close to hiking trails), charming setting with terrace, flowing fountain and organic gardens, nice pool (refreshing after a day on the trails), lovely (partial) view of the valley even from our basic room. Outstanding service in the nice on-site restaurant - delicious home made apple pie!

Soundproofing was a bit lacking in our part of the hotel - we could hear people in the room next to us and people in the hallways. Not a big issue and not unexpected in an older stone building, just smthg to be aware of.

This hotel never fails to disappoint. We stayed in the highest room, in the highest house in almost the highest village in Spain. Wonderful views around. The staff are very kind and friendly. I left my tablet there in a drawer and they've offered to take care of it until I return. I've been there 4 times already, so i surely will! The breakfast is really great. Fresh fruit, coffee, local jams and biscochio. The area has some of the best hiking in the world. You can also go on horse rides. There are many great restaurants in the village, even though it's really small. The hotel is also great value for money. There's plenty of free parking on the streets outside.

Rooms with a balcony provides a wonderful view over the village and valley. The rooms are not that big, but sufficient. The bathroom is modern with a perfect rainshower. The breakfast is good with a wide variety on products. The restaurant provides a good daily menu for a nice price. They serve good wines. The pool is great and clean (water is not heated) with a beds and sufficient shade. Also the garden and cafeteria offers a nice place to sit and to have lunch. The surroundings are very nice. And ... above all the staff is great.

Dinner and breakfast were presented well and very tasty. Staff were exceptional. Pool is the perfect temperature. Everything is just so relaxing. Didn’t want to leave.

The only thing I could suggest is a different snack menu for lunch as it is the same as for dinner but that is only because we enjoyed eating there so much - still gets 10 out of 10 from us Thank you

The location is perfect - just on the end of the main road crossing beautiful Capileira, perfect to walk into town and also to start the hiking trails. The reception had lots of very useful walk guides! They were so kind to offer us a takeaway breakfast too as we were leaving on a 7am bus to Granada. The pool is large, but the water was too cold in September (for us), although some people were swimming.

The rooms are a bit dated and not really cosy. It's a big-gish hotel so the relaxation and peace will depend on who else is staying there at the same time but it accomodates quite a lot of guests. If you want a more personal, cosy and homey touch, it's better to stay in the small Cortijos that are family-owned, while this is a proper hotel.

The area was so nice for walking & hiking. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very clean & comfy (with a huge bed!). The views of the mountains & the village from our balcony were amazing! Two friendly cats greeted us every time we came out of our room. The staff (both at the reception and the restaurant) were helpful and friendly. We had the half board option and the breakfast and dinner were all very nice. Wine options were good & great value for money!! 😊🍷

A luxurious few days of rest and relaxation as a treat to myself. Enjoyed local walks, photography and sketching, and my daily late afternoon swim and drying off on the comfortable Sun lounger. Also enjoyed the views and sunsets from my balcony, and the church bells

The hotel is at the top of the village which was a hot hike up with my luggage. Ok going Down! I also found the restaurant quite expensive (though good food) with hardly anyone there so mainly ate elsewhere or had a picnic tea.

Good quality room and public areas. Restaurant offered excellent menu del dia and a la carte selection for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a superb buffet display. We had the same waiter at almost every meal and he was exceptional. We hadn't expected a pool but the loungers were welcome after many miles of cycling.

The room was newly remodeled, comfortable and clean. Lourdes at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and patios were wonderful places to relax.

Other guests were loud and rude in the patio outside my window, but that is not the hotel's fault.
