Lovely location, walking distance to town. Venue was spotless Great car parking Staff were super obliging and efficient. Chilled water was available in reception. Bar and restaurant were well stocked and there was something for everyone. Fabulous to see a vending machine that worked and stock with goodies. Kettle in room, water and fridge

No air con, although there was a electric fan in the room, which was welcomed. Bed was a bit soft for me. With the warmer weather I prefer 100% cotton sheets on the bed, appreciate that's a personal thing. Duvet tog was a bit too heavy for me.

Rooms were fab! Very clean, spacious and modern. The lady at reception was so helpful upon checking and when ordering a taxi, showing us to the bar and seating area whilst we waited. The service at breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful. Fresh water and mints at reception was a lovely touch. The exterior of the hotel may not scream quality but the interior shares a different story.

No pink gin. Breakfast was lovely but I do like fresh fruits for breakfast and I did not see any fresh fruit available.

Very friendly reception staff. Hotel location was perfect, very close to town centre - and to main entry/exit roads. Roam spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. Small gripes: no bath. Shoeer was excellent EXCEPT floor surface wasn't non-slip and I felt a bit unsafe. Also, breakfast all had to be ordered via the waiter. I ordered granola and received Fruit'n'fibre. I think a self-service buffet-style breakfast is so much better for clients and staff alike. However, overall the hotel was great and I would happily sray there again.

As above. These are small gripes only - although if I'd slipped in the shower, it might have been a bigger gripe!

Loved the comfortable room and coffee Dock. Cann't fault the food , service , hospitality and od course the dog friendly atmosphere.

Bar closed early Friday ngt something to do with a new porter not trained for the bar. They apologised perfusely. Motel - Wallpaper torn inside the door and door to bathroom a little tired. This wouldn't deter me from staying again, but to the fussy/ picky travellers out there could be a turnoff.

The receptionist Annemarie gave us a great welcome, we also asked to move rooms and she went out of her way to sort this for us. lovely friendly and very professional lady. The room was lovely. clean and very comfortable. Brandon in the bar/Restaurant was very helpful and friendly as were the rest of his team. Our dinner was lovely that night as was the most of our breakfast the next morning.

Radiator wasnt working in the room. Porridge to sweet, a suggestion would be to allow guests to just add the honey and etc themselves.

The staff were all very friendly, from the lovely Ann Marie who checked me in to all restaurant staff. The food was very good, I especially liked the breakfast board. The shower was powerful and a good temperature. Bed was very comfortable. A short walk from many pubs, cafes and amenities. Free parking too.

I stayed between Christmas & New Year's for 2 nights. My room was very warm and I couldn't figure out how to turn down the heat (I also didn't ask any staff for help!)

The location was excellent.

No Air conditioning tho the hotel provided us two fans with we wer great full for. But having no air conditioning during a heat wave was a killer. Just a small thing, and would not stop me staying again as we rarely get a heat wave .

Dinner really nice, breakfast was a bit rushed not enough staff to cover tables,Saturday the brown bread was blue moulded ,Sunday toast did not get too the table till after I finished eating my fry,Monday got coffee instead of tea had to be changed. Not even apology for the blue moulded toast other than that breakfast was well cooked. You could possibly have more staff at breakfast time.

Great on site restaurant serving delicious food. Friendly staff. Good location, and plenty of parking. Electric car charging on site. Slow charge but good for overnight charging.

Room was not ready on time- waited 40 minutes past check in time- reception alerted cleaning staff to our arrival and requested it was prioritised. Tea/coffee facilities are located in the corridor of the Motel- so you needed to be dressed to make tea.

Sadly, unable to shower as despite letting water run for ages, it didn't get warm, and with getting public transport directly after breakfast, didn't have time to get it sorted. View from window wasn't very appealing, maybe a bit if trellis to screen off building yard next door.
