I stayed at The Grand Hotel Vittoria with my husband, sister and brother -in-law. The hotel was lovely. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Never a question was asked or a request made that a staff member did not go out of the way to answer / fulfill. Daniella at the front desk and Tomas and Alessio who worked the dining room and bar were standouts! Thank you Grand Hotel Vittoria for making our second trip to Montecatini so special.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and easy to get around the other restaurants and 10 mins walk to the train station, and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Diana who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a lovely personal touch at check-in. The breakfast was another highlight. It was hot, fresh, and a great way to start the day.

The only downside was the outdated carpets leading to the stairs, which could use a refresh to match the rest of the property’s charm.

Very friendly staff the bar man in particular I didn’t take his name but he spoke many different languages always said hello and recommended me places to eat the lady that cleaned the rooms went above and beyond also always said hello gave us an extra towel when needed and the rooms were always really clean all the lady’s at the front desk also were very helpful me and my brother had a lovely stay and if in the area again will definitely stay here again

The breakfast was fantastic but would have liked more of a selection but that could be a me thing as I like my breakfast

The staff are lovely. Diana, and the Estonian lady on reception, the barman (Roberto). Really helpful. Good secure parking undercover for our motorcycles. Like most hotels, they host coach parties in September but keep their breakfast area totally separate to other guests - makes a positive difference.

Top floor room, 426, has tiny windows and very ineffective air-conditioning. Shower cubicle very small. Lots of mosquito's. Not very comfortable to be honest. We would pay more for a better room if we stayed again.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms and facilities lovely and spotless. Room was very large. On-site restaurant was very good, great dinner. good breakfast. Had massages, and those were wonderful. Great location, easy walk all over town, including to and from train station and to funicular to go to Montecatini Alto.

The beds were a little firm, but the bedding was very nice. It would be helpful if the spa was able to book online.

A beautifully kept historic Palazzo a few steps away from the thermal park... amazing value for money..best buffet breakfast I have seen in Tuscany...staff so friendly and relaxed..you can linger on after breakfast sitting in the beautiful terrace looking at the tropical gardens, have as many coffee& cappuccino or prosecco as you like...comfy big beds...stunning old rooms at the bar Definitely will be back and also recommend it to all my clients in Dublin

Didn't like keaving

The hotel was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were absolutely exceptional, from the wonderful receptionist who greeted us and managed an incredibly early check in to the super friendly bar staff who patiently taught us a little italian. An absolutely wonderful hotel.

Hotel room is a little dated, wasn't a problem but it's the only thing that wasn't perfect here.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities (pool) fantastic, not too busy. The hotel had more than enough space for us to lounge. Very comfortable seating areas. The decor was tastefully done to a high spec with wonderful artwork on the walls. Breakfast was great, lots of choice.

The lighting in the rooms was quite harsh and the side lights were not working. We couldn't get the TV to work but didn't report it since it was all Italian. I am sure it would have been resolved had we asked. It would have been nice to have more natural light.

Everything. Highlights included sitting on the beautiful terrace or by the pool after a busy day, with the very attentive Thomaso bringing us drinks and snacks. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was great and the room was small but fine for our stay - with good air-conditioning. The hotel was quiet while we were there, but I think would have no problem in catering for more guests. We met people who return each year and I’d definitely stay there again.

Location, clean, good breakfast and staff exceptional.

Decor a bit bland although clearly newly painted etc. Absolutely fine though but not ‘cool’ if that’s what you’re looking for. Pool is OK but only 16 loungers but most people are out seeing the sites so never had any issue.
